We are always conscious to bring vegetables but, if we didn’t have knowledge that which vegetable creates diseases in rainy season or in any season then we must have to know about it in detail. #vegetarian

Sometimes we have so many problems if we are eating unrelated subji for that season. We didn’t understand why did it is happening but, It creates so many infections along with pain in our body.

In the rainy season we have to eat ”Bhendi, Simla Mirchi, tomato, pumpkin , Moringa Drum sticks, Bitter Guard , etc. These are anticancer and anti oxidant subji’s .

If anyone has rashes of skin problem then he must have to avoid these subji’s as it increases scratching in our body.If you have wound or any injury then it creates puss in the wound or injury. For ex : Brinjal. potatoes, etc.

Better to avoid who has kidney problem.

Of them we can eat potato subji for some time, not everyday. As it is heavy to digest as well as it produces pain in the body. If we are operation patient then avoid to eat ”BRINJAL and POTATO ” as these subji’s produces ”Vatta or gas ” in our body so it causes swollen in our body .

What to eat and not to eat in the winter season : Drum sticks, mutter, Bean, carrot, all types of beans, all types of leafy vegetables, pumpkins, cucumber, tomatoes , etc . are giving good taste in this season.

Avoid to eat cucumber if you have problem of cold , pain in the stomach and pain in the teeth . Avoid to eat in the morning.

In the morning we have a lot of rush. Everyone is busy with their own work. How to do all tasks in timing is the main responsibility of everyone. I have a big responsibility of making tiffin of my husband. As he is going to the office completely at 8 o clock. Here a lot of cold atmospheres is there. Means to make food in time is very difficult to work for me. So I am searching how can I make easy, fast and quickly food in short time. The main important thing for foodies is to make subji . In subji, there are lots of subji which can make but to cook it require lots of time so generally, I am using leafy vegetables to make it ,as to cut it, requires less time as well as to make it ,also very less time and it is good for our health as well as to digest also easily.

Cabbage: 1/4 kg

green chilly: 5 to 6

oil: 2 tbsp

mustard seeds: 1 tbsp

cumin’s: 1 tbsp

skutt: 2 tbsp

salt: as your convenience

chilly powder: 1 tbsp

curry leaves: 5 to 6

Hing: 1 pinch

turmeric powder: 1 teas

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Take the cabbage and green chilly

: grate it into small pieces with the slicer having a big hole.

METHOD TO MAKE IT  :  Buy fresh cabbage from the market, if it is   grown in your own garden or farm then it is                                                           good for us.

:  Cut it with slicer

: Wash it with clean water

: Pour oil into the pan

: Add cumin, mustard seeds,  wait to splutter it.

: Add green chilly, cabbage,  saute it well.

: Add all ingredients and stir it well.

: Keep the lid on it to get well steam.
