How to make carrot , tomato Koshimbir- Kids Recipe Marathi

In our India we are eating salads in a different way means by making ”Koshimbir ” of it. How much vegetables you want to add you can mix it. But, it must have delicious taste. It can be serve with roti, chapati or rice or you can eat it as it is. Small kids are eating it happiliy. They didn’t need anything with it. I think this recipe is special for kids. If you wil make this recipe infront of them then, they can make it themselves , there is no need to teach more for it. Benefit of this recipe is it didn’t need to burn the gas so that kids can make easily and eat any time.

Carrot : 250 gm [small pieces]

tomato: 1[ well chopped]

Yogurt: 2 to 3 tbsp

salt : 1/2 tbsp

sugar: 1 tbsp

red chilly powder: 1/2 tbsp

cumin powder: 1 tbsp

salt: 1 tbsp

METHOD TO MAKE IT: Take the carrots , wash it carefully by rubbing with your hand. As it covers a lot of mud, dust, germs , etc.

: Make the small pieces of it and keep aside.

: Now keep ready all remaining ingredients as like salt, sugar, red chilly powder, salt, peanut powder, etc.

;Keep cream of Yogurt ready , how mush you want.

: Now take the container, add tomato pieces, add remaining ingredients one by one .

: Now add carrots and Yogurt as you wish. Stir it well. It gives complete delicious taste. Serve it with Roti, chapati, rice or you can eat it as it is.

garam masala  1 tbsp

chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

       salt   as your convenience

sugar * 1/2 tbsp

oil   2 tbsp

mustard seeds  1 tbsp

      cumin   1 tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR CHUTNEY *  Cut the onion , tomato into small pieces keep aside.

Now collect all ingredients like oil, cumin’s, mustard seeds, chilly powder, garam masala etc.

Keep the pan on the gas pour oil on it,

wait to heat it now add cumin’s mustard seeds,

wait to splutter it well, add curry leaves fry it,

add onion saute it for short time then add pieces of tomato saute it well.

Add all ingredients one by one lastly add Skutt.

Skutt must be sticky so that automatically oil should come from it.Stir it well .

Your chutney is ready to eat now.

chilly powder    1 tbsp

turmeric powder  1 teas spoon

peanut seeds    10 to 15

peanut     2 tbsp

oil   2 tbsp

cumin powder  1 tbsp

water  2 bowls

PROCEDURE  FOR IT    *    Soak the rice for 2 hours, drain it’s water and keep aside.  Chop the onion , tomato into a big size piece.

Take all ingredients ready for you.


Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil wait to heat it,

add cumin seed , mustard seeds wait to splutter it.

Now add curry leaves fry it well, add chopped onion ,saute it, add chopped tomatoes saute it well until juice of it will mix with all ingredients.

Now add groundnut, peanut etc and fry it for a while.Now add rice and stir it well  now put off the gas.

Keep small cooker on the gas add  2 bowls water in it wait to boil it. Add 1 teaspoon oil in it and now add all the material which is in the pan in the cooker. again stir it for 1 time and keep the lid of the cooker tightly.Keep the flame of the gas low.  After  10 minutes your tasty Biryani is ready.

Yesterday I was busy in making monetization of my site so there was no time to make any special dish. Getting tired to make subji for the dinner. Thinking that which is the best way to make instant and Zakas subji? Which can give good taste and satisfaction? Opened the fridge door I saw there some vegetables but all vegetables require more time to cook. I want the vegetable which can cut easily and cook easily. Now I understood there are red tomatoes which we can make easily subji . It can cut fast and make also fast.

Tasty Curry With Tamarind and Garam Masala

Water left from puran *   1/2 lit

tamarind  10 fruits

jaggery  2 tbsp

masala     2 tbsp

oil    2 tbsp

cumin’s  1 tbsp

  •       PROCEDURE   ** Take water which is remaining from Purana.  Keep the pot on the gas, pour oil heat the oil for a while, add cumin’s, mustard seeds, a pinch of Hing splutter it add some curry leaves fry it well. Pour water into it. Now add garam masala, make the solution of tamarind in a small bowl add it in the curry. Add jaggery, salt coriander, heat it for a less time. Don’t boil it more time , as it will lose its taste.
