Carrot is the healthy subji in winter. We like it more . We can make Subji, Koshimbir, Halwa from it . We can make 100 types of food from carrot . If you want make sweet , we can make it easily .If you want to make it tasty and delicious we can make it .

Today I decided to make Subji of carrot . Do you know this subji is a daily food but it can make tremendous difference in our daily life. Means if our Subji is tasty then we can eat anything comfortably and vice Versa.

Carrot 3 big size [well chopped]

Fenugreek leaves 2 bowls well chopped

coriander leaves 2 tbsp

gram dal pieces 1 bowl [soaked ]

Oil 1/4 bowl [small]

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

cumin powder 1 tbsp

garlic paste 1/2 tbsp

garam masala 1 , 1/2 tbsp

chilly powder 1 tbsp

turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

salt 2 tbsp

water [hot] As your convenience but to cook the dal must need 3 bowl water.

PROCEDURE FOR IT. : Take the washed carrots , cut it in to small pieces and keep aside.

Cut the Methi and keep aside .

Keep the GramDal tukada to soak half an hour before making subji .

Chop the coriander and mix it in the Methi leaves .

: Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it , add mustard seeds and wait to splutter.

Now slowly add pieces of chopped carrot and Methi leaves and stir it well.

Now add soaked Gram tukada dal to it , add garam masala, chilly powder, salt to it.

Stir it well , add hot water to cook the dal well .

Keep the lid on it to get the nice steam .

Now put off the gas your well prepared Carrot , Methi Subji is ready to serve .

Serve it with chapati or Roti , it gives good taste with Jowar Roti.

  Cucumber Basen Bharad Subji Recipe- Subji Recipe.

Basen bharad  means the  flour which contains small granules of dal  *

Basen bharad   1 half bowl

cucumber 1  middle size

cumin powder  1 tbsp

lemon juice   1tbsp

chilly powder  2 tabs

turmeric powder  1 teaspoon

skutt   2tbsp

curry leaves 7 to 8

oil  2tbsp

mustard seeds 1tbsp

cumin seeds 1tbsp

Hing  1 teaspoon

salt 1tbsp 

 Chiwada …

 PROCEDURE  *     :Cut the cucumber into middle size pieces 

Keep the pot on the gas, pour oil into it, add  cumin’s by rubbing             with both hands, add tastymustard seeds into it wait to splutter.

: Add curry leaves, fry it well then add Hing in it .

Now add pieces of cucumber in  it. Fry it well and give them steam by covering thali, 

now add bharad flour of basen, skutt, chilly powder,  salt, turmeric powder, coriander, lemon juice, etc stir it well .

Keep cover on it and pour some water in the  cover. Wait to steam for 3 to 4 minutes . Well known BHARAD SUBJI will ready to eat.

Nowadays we have a lot of green subji’s in the field of them some are green, fruity giving good taste along with roti or chapati. We can eat these subji’s as a salad like Fenugreek, Spring onion as it is in the Bhel or in so many food types . In the childhood I was very curious about it because no any subji I have not seen as like pipe. I think that how God is making like this plant if it’s fruit is downside and leaves are upside then also why did it has pipe like structure .Then I was taking it in the hand breaking that pipe and looking inside nothing will see inside , again I thought if there is nothing in side then why did this space? But when onion grows with big size then I would understand that I think this onion is growing due to it. Simala Mirchi Stuffed Subji Recipe- Author

This Simala Mirarchi is the favorite subji for everyone. It makes a real difference in every day ‘s food. It has a very delicious taste. It is easy to make stuffed subji. We can make it by frying or cooking. Basen Simala Mirchi [stuffed] is giving very nice taste by cooking it.

Today I am in a hurry to make food but still, I have chosen to make this subji.

Simala Mirarchi: 1/4 kg

Skutt  1/2 bowl [small]

homemade metkut   1 tbsp

Garam masala   2 tbsp

chilly powder   1 tbsp

salt   1 tbsp

oil   1 bowl [small]

cumin seeds   1 tbsp

mustard seeds  1 tbsp

garlic: 4 to 5 flakes

coriander: 2 tbsp

hot water: 2 bowls

PROCEDURE FOR IT: Take the green Simala Mirchi.

: Wash it with clean water.

:  Cut it into round shape. Keep it aside.

: Make the paste of garlic , coriander and keep aside.

: Now take garam masala, chilly powder, salt, Skutt, homemade                                                metkut in a bowl.

:  Mix it well, add this paste in cutting parts of Simala Mirchi .

Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil into, add cumin seeds, mustard                                       seeds and wait to splutter it.

:  Add the paste of garlic , coriander to it and immediately add cutting                                       Simala Mirchi. Make the flame of the gas slow.

:  Fry it well , keep the lid for a minute on it, now open the lid and add                                hot water to it.

Now keep the lid on it and wait to cook for 10 minutes.

: Your well-prepared subji is ready to serve.

This subji is unwanted subji for the lot of people. Small children never eat it . They have a lot of fear to eat this subji due to it’s bitterness. This is real fact. If we will cut the Karla with our hand our finger also become bitter. A lot of stories available for this Karla . Here in our tradition if the lady have younger male child then she didn’t have to eat this Subji as well as she didn’t have to go under this creeper . This is well known creeper it grows automatically anywhere maybe we put its seeds or not .

Since in the morning I have devoted my 1 hour for the kitchen. In  that I have made first tea for my kamvali, then I made sprouts Usal for breakfast,  Karla Subji .Along with Roti for my hubby’s tiff in. So this is the time for me to make a lot of things in a short time.

tamarind   2 tbsp

jaggary  2 tbsp

Garam masala  1 tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR IT  ;  Take the fresh  2 karelas.

: Cut it into  circular size

:  Remove it’s seeds without cutting circle .

: Keep it in the salt water for a while to remove it’s bitterness.

: Meanwhile prepare all ingredients in a thali .

: Take tamarind in the bowl , wash it with hot water to                                                              remove its germs.   Make its solution for a subji.

: Now wash the kerala pieces with clean water without                                                         cutting circular shape .

: Now keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it, add cumin’s,                                                      mustard seeds and wait to splutter it .

: Pour slowly Karla to it and keep deep  lid instantly. Keep it for a                                                  minute and saute it . Now  add water in the lid to heat and to                                            get the nice steam to the   Karla.

: Pour that hot water into the Karla Subji and add all ingredients .

: Stir it well if you want liquid subji add some hot water again to                                                it. Again keep lid to cook the karlas .

: At last add tamarind solution and jaggary , stir it well , keep it on                                           slow gas .

: After a while put off the gas and serve it with coriander.

METHOD FOR IT : Take potatoes in a pot.

                Wash it clean, cut it into small pieces.

        Make some amount of hot water to add in the subji.

If you want to remove peel remove otherwise you can keep it as it is.

As it will give good taste to the subji.

Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil, after heating adds cumin, mustard seeds, wait to splutter it, in live spluttering add the pinch of Hing, onion, garlic and pieces of potatoes.  Best Dishwashers in India :

I have a big responsibility of making tiffin of my husband. As he is going to the office completely at 8 o clock. Here a lot of cold atmospheres is there. Means to make food in time is very difficult to work for me. So I am searching how can I make easy, fast and quickly food in short time. The main important thing for foodies is to make subji . In subji, there are lots of subji which can make but to cook it require lots of time so generally, I am using leafy vegetables to make it ,as to cut it, requires less time as well as to make it ,also very less time and it is good for our health as well as to digest also easily.

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Take the cabbage and green chilly

: grate it into small pieces with the slicer having a big hole.
