Nowadays there is a delusive discussion on vegetarian meal. Of them Indian diet is welcome diet for the health.We have all vitamins in the vegetables, proteins in the dal, carbohydrates, fats, all minerals in the roti , rice or chapati.

We are making our food 2 or 3 times. Never eat stale food. Every time we make fresh food. Of them Dal rice is famous food here. Kids and every person have the favorite passion of eating Dal Rice. After eating like this dish we feel completely satisfy. Some people have to drink to get the sleep we can sleep comfortably with it.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Toor Dal : 250 gm

red tomato: 1 chopped

coriander: 2 tbsp

hing : 1 pinch

oil : 2 tbsp

cumin seeds: 1 tbsp

mustard seeds: 1tbsp

red chilly powder: 1 tbsp

turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp

salt: 1 tbsp

Method to make it : Cook the Dal and Rice in the cooker for 30 minutes.

: Remove the tiffin from cooker, add turmeric powder, salt to it.

: Cut the tomatoes to fry and keep aside, keep 1/2 lit water to boil to add the dal.

: Now crush the Dal with whisk , make it as like paste.

: Add hot water to it, keep the pan on the gas. Pour oil to it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, pinch of hing and wait to splutter it.

Add chopped tomatoes to it. Fry it well. Add red chilly powder and stir it well. Now add hot water to it, mix cooked dal and stir it well.

Heat it, till to get it slight boil.

Here I have made 1 Indian meal Thali in it , I have shown Rice, Papad, Pickle, tomato dal, salads, along with chapati.

INSTRUCTION : Keep Dal and Rice to soak for half an hour before to start cook.

Avoid to boil more times Dal . As it can reduce taste of it.

Never use cold water to make Dal.
