We have a farm and having so many vegetables, different types of beans, some pumpkins etc.  In last week our farmer of my field bought 1 sack vegetables of them some are beans, Spinach, Methi  of 3 kg Mutter beans.

I   have distributed some beans to the neighbors and some are kept for us. Sunday in the morning I removed its cover and keep ready to cook. Really these Mutter have the specific taste.Indian Cuisine

Then just I thought what to do with this? I decided to make Mutter _ Pullav.

Rice 2 cup

Mutter  1+ 1/2 cup

garam masala   1 tbsp

salt  as your convenience

oil  2 tbsp

cumin 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

a paste of garlic 1 tbsp 

a paste of coriander, ginger 1 tbsp

green chilly 5 to 6

hing 1 teas

curry leaves 5 to 6

PROCEDURE  FOR IT: Wash the rice with clean water and keep to soak it for 2 to 3

: Take it out from the water and keep to drain its water.

:  Keep the small cooker on the gas,

: Pour oil into the cooker, wait for to heat it, add cumin,

mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.

: Now add curry leaves and saute it, add paste of garlic, a paste of coriander and fry it well.

: Now add mutters , fry it well, add rice and fry it well.


: Add garam masala, coriander[chopped] , salt, etc and stir it                                                       lightly

: Add hot water to it and keep the lid on cooker tightly.

:  Take 2 whistles and put off the gas.

: Serve it with lemon and fried green chilly.

Misal Sprouts Recipes-Moong Mutter -Dahi Misal

 Since so many days I am planning to make this recipe but somehow it is missing, yesterday also I made its nice video along with nice images but I didn’t know naughty grandson has deleted it from my mobile. I am getting irritated with myself but still, I decided to make it today. As I have kept yesterday’s some material as it is.

Sprouted moong: 1 bowl

mutter: 1 bowl

spring onion: 1 bowl

coriander: 1/2 bowl

thick dahi: 1/2 bowl

salt: as your convenience

sugar: 2 tabs

lemon: 1/2 or as you wish

PROCEDURE TO MAKE SPROUT: Wash the moong with clean water. Keep it to soak for a whole day. Drain it from the water and keep it in the thick cloth with binding. Spread water on it. Open it after 2 days, you will get good sprouted Moong                                       

 How to make sprouted Misal?

: Take big pot add the first sprout, then add Mutter, add spring onion, add coriander,  add salt, sugar and Dahi.
