   How to make Mango Pannaha  with Jaggary – Juice Recipes. 

     Hi friends, we know that just now summer season is started and we have to enjoy cold drinks. Today’s market is with full of ice creams,  cold drinks but somehow some cold drinks which are organic and made at home have a different and loving taste.spicy raw mango juice

Here I made one different type of Sarbat or juice  we call it Pannaha with raw mango . see here how I made it ?

INGREDIENTS  FOR IT

Mango 1  small

cold water  1 glass

cumin powder  1 teas

salt    1 pinch

jaggary   2 tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR IT  :  Boil the mango to become smooth, before making juice 

: Break it easily, remove its peel , seed and keep aside in a                                                              dish 

:  Meanwhile, keep jaggary to dissolve in another small pot.

: Now take out the inner part of mango with spoon                                                              or remove gar from seed.

: Crush this jaggary  in a water, with hand or wire gauze .

: Add a pinch of salt , cumin powder to it  stir it well.

:Now add this mixture into the jaggery solution or mix both                                                  solution well in another container.

: Serve it in the another glass.

Note : This juice  is making when we are coming from outside in the hot sun. This gives very nice and cold feeling from inside. Means this juice can stop thirst feeling or really thirsty. In our area when any person came from the hot sun, we give them the first stone of jaggery with water so that any side effect didn’t should happen to his body and he should feel relax feeling after coming from the hot sun.No any fear of stroke.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT 

Dal  :   1 & 1/2 bowl 

Methi seeds    2 tbsp

mango pieces   1/2 bowl [small]

Jaggary  2 bowls

Oil     1/4 bowl

chilly powder    2 tbsp

pieces of chilly[red]   4 to 5

cumin seeds 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds  1 tbsp

Hing     1 pinch

turmeric powder 1 teas

salt    as your convenience

coriander   2 tbsp [well chopped ]

PROCEDURE FOR IT :  Keep the dal to cook in a small cooker along with turmeric  powder  1 teas oil ,  add some Fenugreek seeds to it.  

                  :   Take 2 to 3 whistles of it &put off the gas . 

                           : Add 2 glass hot water to it . 

                                   : Stir it well , add salt to it . 

  •     ;  keep the pan on the gas, Pour oil to it , add cumin                              seeds,   mustard seeds  and wait to splutter it . 

            :Now add  curry leaves, chilly [red chilly pieces] , red chilly                             powder   , pinch of hing etc .       

              ;  Pour slowly liquid Dal to it . Now add jaggary , coriander to it. 

                      : Boil it for a while.     

INSTRUCTION : Don’t boil more time this Dal. This will reduce the taste of Dal.

Hi friends, sorry for late to the post. We know that now there are holidays and we are enjoying it with travelling, joining engagement programs, weddings, marriage ceremony etc . This is the period to come new guest at home enjoy with them chitchatting or play with them carom, playing cards, doing some summer household work or some summer food like shemaia, Papad, pickles, etc and enjoying holidays with someone for swimming, visiting to the elders. In my childhood so many guests had been coming to my home when my mother was making Jowar Papad, then we are baking that Papad on the fire and eating with groundnut.These things have vanished now.

Our afternoon lunch was booked for Mango juice. Mangoes are from our farm. My mother and sister were making  4 litre juice for the whole family. Sometimes more also. When we get up we ate only ripened mangoes as a breakfast, it may be 7 ,8 to 15 .Sweet mangoes.No need to take another breakfast. For 2 months we enjoy the season of mango juice happily with our so many relatives.

PROCEDURE: Take ripened mangoes.Do you know how to identified ripened mangoes?  If you will go in the market of mangoes there are everywhere full of mangoes then we are getting confused which will we can buy? Sometimes we are giving more money to the seller and bought sour mangoes as we didn’t understand how to buy sweet mangoes in the market? If you want to buy sweet organic mango then see the body of mango, if it has more wrinkles and having sweet smell may be color green but, it has good orange color thick juice. It is the best mango to make juice of mango.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

MANGO   2 or 3 [big size ]

salt    2 teas

sugar -as your convenience

water – as your convenience

almonds  4 to 5

PROCEDURE  FOR IT: Wash the mangoes. Remove its peel.

Now press the seed of mango to extract juice from it.

Now add a pinch of salt to it and squash it well.

Now add water to it and again squash it well.

Add sugar if you need it.

If juice has knot then stir it in the mixture jar.

If you like it add milk to it  and serve it with almonds pieces.

So here in Marathi teacher says that every lesson of text should be entered in his mind or brain like[Murali pahije]  ”Murumba”. Same like pickle  ”mural pahije” then it will give good taste.

ingredients for it 

Raw mango  : 1

sugar            :  100 gm it depends on mango taste if mango is more sour it require more sugar and vice Varsa

cloves : 3 to 4

cardamom :   3 to 4

Jalebi colour :1/2 teaspoon

PROCEDURE FOR IT

Take  raw mango . Remove it’s peel . Grate it with slicer . If you want more crushed mango then grind it in the mixture. But to get good taste i kept big vertical slices of mango.

Now add sugar to it and keep aside.

Keep the pan on the gas, pour this mixture into it & keep the flame of the gas medium.

Stir it well to create a juice from it. Stir it well so that it will become smooth.

Now add Jelibi colour to it so that it could give the nice appearance.

Hi friends, do you know it’s summer days and everyone wants to eat sour food .in them we like to eat raw mango or the food items which we can make from it ,This  above chutney is giving very nice taste with stale roti or if we will make it in a liquid form it can use to make roll of chapatti for the kids . They can eat it as a good mango sauce and gives them different good, organic taste.

Raw mangoes   4 [small size ] chopped

chilly powder  2 tbsp

            salt  2 tbsp

     skutt     1/2 bowl

cumin     1 tbsp

jaggary      1 tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR IT: Take the raw mangoes .remove its peel.

: Cut it into small pieces and keep aside Salad Recipe _ Fresh

:  Add  chilly powder, salt, cumin, Skutt, jaggery to it

: Grind it in the mixture  as a  super fine pasteACHAR  

: If you want to make a sauce of it add some water to it.

: Make liquid of it as like sauce and serve it to the kid in a roll                                                         of chapatti.

There are so many ways to make it. Some ladies are making it by adding onion , Some are making it by grating with slicer different type gives different taste. Maybe you go anywhere means in 4 star hotels or in resorts no one can bring particular taste . So taste is always taste . It is 100% original. No one can change it, make it in the same way but not bringing same taste.

In our area, we have ”CHAITRA GOURI ” celebration. It is started after 3 days of ”Guddhi  Padawa”  For that, we are making wet channa dal. raw mango Panna and some another food kinds of stuff. It is rich protein food having a delicious taste with so many spices. Best Mango Chutney

We are making it for breakfast. Some ladies are making it by grinding it in the mixture. Both give a good taste, let us we will see how to make it?Corn Salad Recipe -fresh

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Channa dal :    250 gm [soaked ]

ground nut  :   2 tbsp

raw mango   : 1/2 [chopped ]

curry leaves :   2 to3

cumin powder : 1/2 tbsp

mustard seeds  1/2 tbsp

hing  : 1 pinch

salt   As your convenience

sugar : 1 tbsp

oil   1 tbsp

chilly powder : 1/2 tbsp

green chilly   2 [ chopped ]

turmeric powder : 1/2 teas

PROCEDURE FOR IT :    Soak the channa dal in a hot water  for 1 hour

: Remove it from the water and keep it aside to drain a water                                                            from it.

: Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it, add cumin’s, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it . Now add curry leaves saute it , add pinch of hing to it .

: Add groundnuts and fry it to change its color pink .

: Add chopped raw mango and pieces of green chilly  to it and saute                                                  it well .

: Add drained dal to it , add sugar, salt, chilly powder , turmeric powder, 1 pinch garam masala to it. Masala Khichadi Recipe- Step By Step

: Stir it well & keep lid on it

: Give 1 min steam to it

: Now serve it with coriander.
