Nowadays, people are in tremendous pressure and fear with COVID virus. There are lots of information aviable on the internet, videos, news, etc . We have a fear that if Virus will attack us. So before treatment we must have to be prevent some things. That is ”prevention is better than cure”. So people are taking so many herbs, medicines, nutrient supplements, Vitamins etc.


There is a full of crowd in medicine shop to bring these tabs.The people who must need and the people who didn’t need are making the crowd in the shop.Only the people who are complete vegetarian need supplement of Vitamin B – 12, Folic acid, etc . Otherwise we will get all Vitamins in everyday fruits, vegetables. If you are already healthy, strong and you are taking good diet then there is no need of taking outside supplements.

Instead we must have to keep attention to your thoughts. As one negative thought can make you energy less within the fraction of second. Whatever you maybe eat.


We can get so many D Vitamin in the form of sunlight. If in the morning we will sit 5 or 10 minutes in the sunlight. We can get so many Vitamins, proteins in our regular diet.


We are watching TV and getting plenty of advertisements for the health supplements by showing reason of COVID . we didn’t think more and easily bringing outside multivitamins, proteins etc if not necessary. So don’t be attract to these advertise.

Instead we are drinking everyday lemon juice , mango juice, orange juice which can provide us C Vitamin in rich. Milk provides us all vitamins and proteins except Vitamin C.

If we donot getting regular these fruits , then don’t worry we are already filled with Vitamin C in our body if any day we will miss it nothing will happen.

We need everyday iron it can get in so many leafy vegetables, tomatoes etc.

Only the persons who need supplements are these

1] Pregnant women : Folic acid, Iron, Calcium

2] Persons who are eating Gutakha , Nicotine , etc need Folic acid

3] Vegetarian people : Need Vitamin B -12

4] Drinkers : Folic acid, Vitamin B – 6A, Thymin

5] Patients who suffered from diabetes, kidney and cancer ; They need supplements with the doctors advise.

Along with these vitamins. We must have to pray everyday that ”I am the fearless soul. No any virus can attack on my body. I am always protected with God’s rays, so no any virus can touch to my body and mind.”

How To Deal With Fear Of COVID – In Lock down

Hi friends, you may be thinking that why did I am writing only on this topic ? But , when I have heard this world COVID since that time my inner voice is telling that your birth is for this purpose the people who are indulged in this wicked cycle , you must have to take them out.

Do you know there is one story behind fear?In our Indian culture, we have a lot of stories about coconut trees and we say ” Imaginary tree” or ”WISHING TREE” means whatever may be we wish or we are demanding under that tree it will complete automatically. So one man sat under that tree and he demanded his wish like this ”oh ! If I will have a good meal and nice bungalow how much nice to me” then he got automatically all.

He started to demand a lot of wishes and his every wish was completing and at last, he wished as a one fearful wish that if any ghost will come here and he will eat me then really ghost came there and he has eaten him.

So moral of this story is positive thoughts create positive things and negative thoughts create a negative thing

Our Parents:  Another reason for fear is ignorance of his parents and lot of error when they are growing their kids. In childhood when children have been not eating then we are giving him fear” see ghost will come and eat you” or like this a lot fear to enter in his mind and he grows up with this fear.

How to stop living with fear |

Lack of faith: Sometimes so many people are not accepting GOD’S presence where is GOD show us. This universe, This nature is working on some special rules but we are not accepting it and our mind is filled with a lot of doubts.But the person who has knowledge of 7 rules of nature is always away from all fear.

Coping with Fear:


So many times any big accident will happen or any bad incidence also causing to increase our fear as it’s danger impressions hold in our mind and we carry it all over the life and this fear creates a lot of disturbance in our life.

SOME DAILY REASON: In our home, if any child has broken anything then parents are scolding them loudly and this voice creates fear in his mind. Sometimes it remains as it is in their mind continuously  and its effects on their success or carrier.

COVID -Fear : This fear has made our life very difficult. So many people are affecting their life style . Govt. also kept strict rules to overcome this disease. But , I think that may be this disease is contagious but never become more harmful than our toxic thoughts. 

As we know that sneezing , cough and cold are the symptoms of this disease . Then do you know we have how many ways sneezing? 

 Let us read above post you will understand how did we are indulging in the wicked cycle due to lack of real knowledge and easily going to Quarantine. If we 

will understand basic reasons of symptoms of sneezing and cough we can easily keeping away a big fear of COVID . If we will be away from fear there is no any possibility to come any virus near to us. We are creating negative energy and calling to the virus near to us. 

Many times our lots of doubts creates a lot of diseases. If we will assume that I have pain in the back for the slight pain and keeping attention on it. It will definitely increases pain in the back. However nowadays the whole world is focusing on it , all channels, newspapers, people, politicians, etc  focusing here. Then what will happen? Can we will come out of it? Maybe virus is very dangerous but is it possible that we can caught him by keeping position strict? 

It is good to be taking care of it. But , we must have to remove him from our mind. If you will remove him from your mind, definitely he never come near to you.

Some people think  that Deities are our GOD, as they are shown in pictures that ‘’they are flying in the air’’

Or Lord Krishna has lifted a huge mountain with his last finger, we are thinking that it is real but It is not true. Deities are flying in the air means they have faced so many difficulties in a hard situation, like flying in the air.


So many people think that God writes our destiny, but we are creating our destiny with our karmic account, belief systems and thoughts. If God has written our destiny, everything will be nice& neat. No one will dare to damage it.

Keep everyone in mind that God never punishes us, as he is the ocean of love, peace,

happiness, purity, forgiveness then how could be he will punish us?We are also souls we have also these original qualities with us, only we have to emerge by meditating or taking knowledge, praying, reciting mantras & behaving with these qualities’  POWER

 6] Avoid any stress while inhaling or exhaling. Work with calm and stressful mind.   

7] Give the exercise to your stomach. Avoid stretching more time muscles of stomach. It can create any type of harm to your body.  

8] Do  some breathing exercise before starting.

9]  After  doing  all above exercise you will be fit to do Yoga.

10] It can be do how much your body need otherwise if front person or in the TV it is showing doing so many time .So I would have  to do it is not working perfectly for your body. It can create some another problems.

11] Avoid   to eat more before doing it. Or drinking water.

12] If you are more tired and have  some health problems  then avoid it for that period.

14]  Keep fix time  to do it as body organ are automatically gets stretched or  will be response naturally.

15] It must have to do with fresh mind otherwise doing with pressure on mind produce  so many problems.

16] I  think  doing small task of homes  with happy mind is also one type of Yoga in comparison to doing Yoga  with full of pressure.

17] Running happily, walking  with rhythm also produces  good hormones in our body.

18]  Singing,  writing with full of concentration, reading, walking, running happily  also a type of good meditation.

19] If  Yoga become your passion  then you can make it any where means while travelling in  the bus, railway, or anywhere.

20 ] Yoga is  the best way of keeping your body safe and secure forever.  

21] Never think that we are in horrible situation and we must have to do it in any way. Be calm and cool.
