This is the best food to make at home . As so many kids are enjoying it . So many ladies are keeping save and stuff outside the Puri . But, I have inserted it inside the Puri. Let us check how did I have made this recipe?

INGREDIENTS FOR IT 

Wheat flour : 250 gm 

salt : 1 tbsp 

chilly powder: 1 tbsp 

turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp 

 cumin powder: 1 tbsp 

      Dhaniya powder: 1/2 tbsp 

                  Hing : 1 pinch 

 OIL TO FRY : 250 GM

METHOD TO MAKE IT :  Take all above ingredients in one big thali. 

                                            : Add salt and above all ingredients to it. Mix it properly. 

                                             ; Now add water and knead it with some oil smooth. 

                                             : Make it smooth by taking oil in the hand . 

                                             : Create some small dough’s of it. Keep aside. 

                                             :  Now roll out it in these small Puri’s . 

                                           : Keep the pan on the gas .Pour oil to it. 

                                           :  Wait to heat the oil. Now slowly pour the Puri’s to it. 

                                           : Fry the Puri’s well and keep aside.

Apple Kheer Recipe -Sweet

Making Kheer is my passion , of them if we have fasting I am searching to make new type of desserts which can run for fast. Yesterday we have Tuesday fasting means nothing to eat . No salt should have to taste. Only eat fasting sweets and fruit juices or fruits.

Then I have orange juice at 3 .00 PM .Still feeling very anxious then I have searched which fruits we have .I got apples and I decided to make apple Kheer.

Generally so many people are keeping fast and eating Poha, Upma, or so many breakfast food and telling to the kids we have fasting . When younger son was in the 3 RD class he was telling me every Saturday . Aai today I want to catch Saturday, Ok , but,why ? I am asking him . Then he told our elder uncle is keeping fasting and eating everything . Then I am also want to keep fast.

In India how did people will treat to spirituality didn’t know. I think 75% people didn’t know what is mean by spirituality? Why did we have to keep fasting,? What is the reason behind keeping fast or to celebrate any ritual or festival?

Any way we will discuss these points in other post.

Ingredients for it >

Apple : 1

almond : 4 to 5

cashew nut : 4 to 5

caradamon : 1 teas

Milk masala :1 teas

Malai pedha : 2

Milk : 1/2 lit

ghee for frying : 2 tbsp

sugar : 50 gm

PROCEDURE TO MAKE IT :

Take 1 apple .Wash it with clean water.

: Cut it into square shapes and fry it in the ghee.

: Stir fry it till red color appears and keep it to cool .

: Now take all another ingredients into the small

thali .

: Make small pieces of almond, cashew nuts.

: Keep the milk to boil , add sugar to it. Keep it for a while to become cool .

After a while add all ingredients to it, that is fried apple, cardamon powder, pieces of dry fruits, , etc .Serve it as it is.

Allu Tikki -Potato,Sprouted Moong – Potato Recipes.

I  like to eat sprouted food so I kept green Moong to create sprouts.But, this time sprouts have not occurred, instead of it fermentation has taken place and  some sour smell is coming from it then I thought we shall make khamang Dhokala of it but it requires more time so again I changed my decision and thought to make Sprouted Moong Tikki.

Started to collect ingredients for it .

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

soaked  moong    1/2 kg

potato   [cooked ] – 1

  green chilly _   5  to 6

   coriander  _  1/2 bowl

             salt _  2 tbsp

chilly powder –     1 tbsp

turmeric powder  1/2 tbsp

wheat flour   1 small bowl

oil    1/2 bowl

cumin    1 tbsp

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Soak the Moong in a water in the night or for 1 day.

: Grind it in the mixture.

: Make the paste of green chilly, coriander, garlic , cumin etc and keep                                                       aside.

: Take the cooked potatoes crush it in one dish and keep aside.

:   Take   all ingredients in a big thali and mix it properly.

:  Take some oil on the hand and knead it to make a nice dough.

: Make its nice Tikki and keep aside

:  Now keep the pan on the gas spread oil on it .

: Keep Tikkis’ on it , spread oil on it .

: Bake it on both side by applying oil on it .

: Nice ,delicious Tikki is ready to eat .

:  Serve it with garlic chutney.

Today we   are forgetting to eat Jowar Roti. As we need smooth chapatti. Chapatti can make from wheat flour. It creates sticky bolus in our mouth. And it is very hard to digest it. If you want to be light with body then must have to learn to eat Jowar Roti. I think it is also good for kids after 1 year  as well as  for the old people . In our child hood our parents’ gives us everyday Jowor Roti with milk and only chapatti is getting to us for festivals or in the marriage.

1] His  weight reduced by 14 kg.

Suppose you are going to the nearest place if you can go by walking then, you will go by walking to save your money. If you have to go doctor for simple pain then you can use their home remedies and save money. This is also one type of saving . If there are left subji’s of afternoon I am making khichadi [khaman] of it at night .Adding some fresh vegetables, Masala’s and whatever may be left of afternoon food adding to it .That is it may be Pithala, any subji, etc New Khichadi become very very tasty and we didn’t feel that it is a stale or left over food.

We have nice chapati’s which I have made last night , today I have decided to make it’s excellent POHA .

Ingredients for it

Left over Roti’s Whatever you have left or 6

peanut 50 gm

gram nut 1/2 bowl

green chilly 7 to 8

lemon 1 or 2

salt 2 tbsp

sugar for taste 1 tbsp

garam masala 1 tbsp

red chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

turmeric powder 1 teas

cumin powder 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

curry leaves 4 to 5

oil 10 ml

hing 1 pinch

PROCEDURE FOR IT

Take the left over chapatis

Make pieces of it and grind it in the mixture as like Poha

Add garam masala, salt, chilly powder, sugar, lemon juice to it .

Mix it well.

Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.

Now add green chilly, onion, tomatoes , peanut and saute it well.

Add slowly all roti Poha’s to it. Stir it well and keep lid on it to get steam .

Keep it for 2 to 3 minutes to get steam

Now serve it with coriander.

Cauliflower word is interesting for kids. As when my son is small at that time when I am telling him today, I am going to make cauliflower subji. Then he was telling me “Aai don’t make flower’s subji . Can anyone is eating flower’s subji? How did you are making it? You are making any subji .I don’t like this type of subji “.Flowers are using for worshiping, decorating, making garland and you are going to making subji. Don’t make this type of subji . We didn’t like it.If you will make it we don’t eat it and really if I would make it no one is eating this subji. So for that time, we have stopped to bring this type of Subji .    cauliflower-sub

Last Sunday I went in the market and there I saw nice fresh cauliflowers then,  my son told me “”Aai don’t buy this subji ”then also I bought it . Here so many have  misunderstanding about this subji. In this subji there are a lot of germs are spread in the root of it  so we didn’t have to eat it and so on but still I thought we shall try to make in a new way. So I tried in this way .

Cauliflower  1/2 kg

tomatoes  1 well chopped

gram dal[pieces]   1/2 bowl

garam masala   1 tbsp

paste of green chilly coriander  1 tbsp

turmeric powder   1/2 teas

chilly powder  1 tbsp

salt   1 tbsp

Hot water / bowls 2

PROCEDURE FOR IT   :  Take the cauliflower, cut its root and through its hard  branches .

:Wash this cauliflower  with hot water and keep aside

:Take the gram dal pieces and keep it to soak for half an hour                                                        before making this subji .

;  Keep the pan ready, pour oil to it, add cumin mustard                                                      seeds to it and wait to splutter it.

:  Now pour chopped tomatoes to it  and fry it well.

: Then add cauliflower to it and fry it well.

: Add garam masala, chilly powder, salt, a paste of green chilly,                                                  garlic and coriander etc .

: Stir it well, add hot water to it

: Serve it with Roti, chapati etc.

Carrot 3 big size [well chopped]

Fenugreek leaves 2 bowls well chopped

coriander leaves 2 tbsp

gram dal pieces 1 bowl [soaked ]

Oil 1/4 bowl [small]

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

cumin powder 1 tbsp

garlic paste 1/2 tbsp

garam masala 1 , 1/2 tbsp

chilly powder 1 tbsp

turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

salt 2 tbsp

water [hot] As your convenience but to cook the dal must need 3 bowl water.

PROCEDURE FOR IT. : Take the washed carrots , cut it in to small pieces and keep aside.

Cut the Methi and keep aside .

Keep the GramDal tukada to soak half an hour before making subji .

Chop the coriander and mix it in the Methi leaves .

: Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it , add mustard seeds and wait to splutter.

Now slowly add pieces of chopped carrot and Methi leaves and stir it well.

Now add soaked Gram tukada dal to it , add garam masala, chilly powder, salt to it.

Stir it well , add hot water to cook the dal well .

Keep the lid on it to get the nice steam .

Now put off the gas your well prepared Carrot , Methi Subji is ready to serve .

Serve it with chapati or Roti , it gives good taste with Jowar Roti.

Instant Ginger Pickle Recipe _ Lock down Special

Good morning 😘 friends 🌞, Nowadays we are in horrible situation. So there is a big question what to make as a food ? which can become prevention for the COVID and gives good taste to the food. As well as it must have to become healthy for everyone.

So Nowadays every where there’s a discussion for the uses of ginger. So I decided to make its simple but delicious 😛 pickle.

Let’s check how did I have made it?

INGREDIENTS 😄 For IT:

Ginger (chopped) :2 tbsp,

🍋 juice: 2tbsp,

Jaggary : 2 tbsp,

Hing : 1 pinch ,

Cumin powder: 1 tbsp ,

Salt : as your convince,

mustard powder: 1 tbsp.

Pomegranate: 2 tbsp

METHOD TO IT : Take the piece of ginger. Wash it with clean 💪 water. Remove upside peel of it. Now cut it into small pieces and keep aside. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice and keep aside.

Add 🍋 juice to the Ginger pieces. Add salt, Jaggary, pinch of hing, cumin powder, etc Stir it well. Serve it with pomegranate.

Instructions: Instead of lemon juice you can use tamarind juice. No need to add chilly 😁 powder and turmeric.

It must have to finish in one or two days.

Uses Of It : This recipe can be used for the acidity, digestion problems, It can be eat with rice or any break fast dish. Ginger can kill the germs 😷 in our gut. So we must have to eat it in any form. If we will drink Ginger tea every day it can produce more heat 🔥 in our body. So to avoid it .I have found this way to use it.

Make its perfect paste and pour it in the big Katori.

Now add wheat flour, salt, pure ghee, cumin powder and mix it with milk cream.

Now knead it soft by applying oil on it.

Make the small soft dough and roll smoothly.

Bake it and serve it with any chutney or milk .
