Ghee is the best medicines for so many problems of their nose, eyes, hair fall, waist pain, weakness, a rich supplement for the proteins. We can make plenty of food products from pure ghee. There is no need for so many ingredients for it. Only require cream of milk means thick curd.

Thick Curd: 1/2 lit

There are a lot of methods to make it, today’s generation is fast so for the time I am always making it in the mixture jar.

1] Pour the thick cream curd into the mixture jar. 

2]Now move the mixture button and start to rotate the curd without adding water for 2 or 3 minutes.

3] It creates a thick collection of butter. But, we can’t say it is pure butter.

4] Now add cold water to it. Pure butter is automatically floating on the surface of the water. 

5] Now collect the butter in the water and keep it to wash in the pure water.

6] Butter must have to wash clean as it can remove the acidic nature of curd, to become clean, clear and pure butter.

7] Now keep this butter for the melting. Check the activity of melting. While it started to create gray color and spreading khaman smell of it.Off the gas.

8] We have pure ghee. Some black impurities are the remaining downside of the ghee. So filter it after getting cool.

9] You will get pure ghee. You can add leaves of basil while melting it to get a good smell.

10] Pure ghee can be identified with its smell. It can’t tell orally. Must have to experience it.


1] It can overcome hair fall by applying it with camphor powder. As well as it can keep your head cool.

2] Gets dark sleep by eating it or by applying it on the head.

3] It can use to make lots of cosmetics. It can apply on the face to get the nice glow on the face.

4] It contains a rich amount of protein so it is using after delivery to maintain blood volume as well as protein proportion which has been lost in the delivery or any injury or an accident.

5] If we will eat it with rice at first in the Bhojan it can keep the eyes cool.

6] If you have the problem of hair fall continuously then pour it in the nostrils every day while sleeping hair fall problem can be finished.

7] Sometimes we feel that our eyesight has been getting reducing then pour this cow ghee in the nostrils while sleeping.

9] We can make lots of medicines from it like Chavanprash, Some medicines etc.

10 ]I think it has a lot of properties so Krishana always plays with the butter.

These days are with full of cucumber. On my father’s farm, a lot of cucumbers are there.One cucumber at least weighs 2 kg . Green, fresh with a good organic taste.If we are thirsty in the field and ate 1 cucumber our stomach is fulfilled. We are making 100’s of recipes from this cucumber, fasting recipes, salad recipes, Koshimbiri’s, chapati’s, etc.

When we have full of rain automatically cucumber grows in the field. Last year in my garden automatically 1 creeper of cucumber came and at least it has grown 50 cucumbers. Really I became very happy when I am getting  1 or more cucumbers. It gives  tremendous happiness to us as it was grown automatically. It has so many benefits.

Cucumber green, fresh 1/2

Skutt  2 tbsp

homemade Metkut 1 tbsp

salt 1 tbsp or as your convenience

chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

sugar 1 tbsp

Dahi 1 big round spoon

cumin powder 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

cumin’s 1 tbsp

oil 2 tbsp

Hing 1 pinch

green chilly pieces 2 Chillies

PROCEDURE  FOR IT  : Wash the cucumber with fresh water and keep aside

:  Make the pieces of it and keep aside.

: Take all ingredients in a dish that is  Skutt, homemade metkut, sugar, salt, chilly powder, cumin powder etc .

:  Take thick Dahi in a bowl.

:  Now take another pot and pour the pieces of cucumber to it .

:  Add all ingredients sugar, Skutt, homemade metkut, chilly                                                           powder, cumin powder, salt to it .

: Pour Dahi to it.

:  Stir it well.

; Now keep the small pan on the gas, pour oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and splutter it well. Add a pinch of hing to it. Stir it well.

We can eat it with chapati or rice it tastes very well.You never have been tested before it.

PROCEDURE  FOR IT: Take the green palak.

: Wash it with clean water.

: Cut it into small pieces.

: Now take the pot, pour all these ingredients to it.

: Coriander, cumin powder, black pepper, jaggery, ginger,                                                        salt, hing, garlic , lemon juice etc

: Pour water into it and keep it to cook with lid.

: Cook it for 5 minutes till khamang smell comes outside.

: Now take this in the mixture pot by filtering the water of it.

: Keep the filtered water aside.

: Grind it well in the mixture.

: Add this mixture in the hot water which we have kept                                                            aside

: Pour some ghee and butter on it.

: Serve it hot to the patient.

Curd    1 small bowl

butter milk   50 gm

green chilly    6 to 7 [chopped ]

spices for it

Manchurian masala- 1 teaspoon

Chat masala- 1 teaspoon

salt    1  teaspoon or as ur convenience

chilly powder  1   tbsp

Salt  to bake it –  250 gm

SAUCE- 1 Bowl








PROCEDURE FOR IT: Cut all the vegetables and keep aside

Take   all spices   and keep it in the dish

:  Now take the all purpose flour in the big pot

:  Add baking powder, soda, salt, sugar powder, Dahi etc

; My curd was not sour so i took buttermilk to knead it.

:  Knead it properly, knead continuously by adding small                                                              amount of buttermilk to eat.

:  Take the oil on the hand to make it soft, Roll and knead it so                                                        that it could become smooth like butter.

: Now keep this to soak for a 10 minute by covering tightly.

: Now make a preparation of baking, take big container or pan

: Keep the salt to it, spread it in the pan and keep the net on it.

: After  10 minute start to make chapati of that dough.

; Roll it uniform and keep it in the pan, start to make the hole in it.

:  Now spread tomato sauce all over the chapati and keep all vegetables on it, spread all spices and salt over it and keep it in the pan, cover the pan with a tight lid.

: Keep it to steam for 15 minutes and  serve it to all.

When I had been in the class of 4 TH I am remembering my summer vacation. My mother was making ” Sooji” of new wheat. Means she keeps wheat to soak for a time. After drying  she grinds it on the stone grinder with singing a song. When she was singing a song she prepares a song for every Gods and after that, she makes a song  for her every kid in the down or afternoon and I was sleeping near her . listening to her songs with the music of that grindstone. It gives me proud feeling as well as increased respect for my mother with increasing caring love. In this way, she makes ‘Sooji” of that wheat and starts to sieving with cotton ”Dhoti”

noodles  1 bowl

onion  1 [chopped ]

tomato 1 chopped

coriander 2 tbsp [ chopped ]

capsicum  1 big size [chopped ]

carrot   1 [chopped]

groundnut   1/2 bowls

oil    2 tbsp

paste of garlic  1/2 tbsp

hing   1 teas

powder of cumin  1 tbsp

cumin seeds 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

Maggi masala 1 tbsp

garam  masala 1 tbsp

salt   as your convenience

sugar 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE  FOR IT : Take vegetables ready to make it.

: Wash it with clean hands

:  chop some  vegetables like carrot, capsicum, coriander, cabbage  and keep aside

: Chop onion, tomato and keep aside

: Make the paste of garlic and keep aside

: Take the small cooker , keep all vegetables and groundnuts to                                                  cook. Keep it for a while and put off the gas

: Keep the pan on the gas, pour some oil to it, add cumin’s,   mustard seeds to it wait to splutter it.

:  Add hing, the paste of garlic to it and instantly add chopped onion to  it , saute it well.

: Add chopped tomato to it and fry it well.

: Add all cooked vegetables to it and again saute it well for a short   time.  Make the flame of a gas slow.

:  Meanwhile, keep the water to heat in another pot.

: Now add salt, chilly powder, Maggi Masala, Garam Masala,  turmeric powder, sugar to it.

: At last add noodles to it and mix it well with frying spoon.Fry it for   a  short time.

: Pour enough hot water to cook it well.

: Add hot water [enough ] to it and stir it slowly.

:  Keep the lid on it to get a nice steam.

;  Your tasty noodles are ready. Serve it hot

Hi, readers, I want to tell that, I never had been made this type of recipe, just first time I am trying it. Here, if we will use raw potatoes no one is eating it, so I have given some steam for it. In our area so many people are traditional, they didn’t change their eating habits . So to make food I have to compromise for methods. Let us see how I have comprised of this dish & made same like all dishes.

PROCEDURE FOR IT : Wash the allu with clean water


: Remove its peel & cut it into vertical pieces& keep in water to                                            wash

: Add pieces of potatoes instantly.

: Add 1 cup of water to get steam.

: Add all ingredients into it

: give the steam for it .

: Serve it /
