We know that the Pav Bhaji Recipe is an occasional recipe. Generally, it can fit for kids party, kids birthday , small home meetings, some small events or programs etc But, we never make it in any spiritual program.
To make Pav Bhaji is easy recipe but need more time and hands to make it . As we have to prepare a lot of ingredients for it . Of them cutting vegetables is more lengthy process.
When I had been in the Bombay we are bringing ”Pav Bhaji” for my kid. He likes it. At that time they never make Bhaji by crushing potatoes and all vegetables. They are keeping only pieces of potatoes as it is . But, this Bhaji had very delicious taste.Nowadays every where PavBhaji is making by crushing potatoes but it loses taste.
Today I have made it by crushing check here how did I have made it.?

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Pav : 1 and 1/2 dozen
Red tomatoes: 500 gm [well chopped]
potatoes: 1/2 kg
Onion : 500 gm [well chopped]
tomatoes: 500 gm [chopped]
paste of garlic, green chilly and coriander: 4 tbsp
oil : 50 gm
mustard seeds: 2 tbsp
cumin seeds : 2 tbsp
Pav Bhaji masala : 1 tbsp
coriander:1 bowl [well chopped]
METHOD TO MAKE IT : Bring fresh Pav from the market.
Check that these Pav’s are clean and well baked.
: Keep ready all another ingredients as mentioned above.
: Cook l the potatoes completely so that it can crush easily.
: Keep the pan on the gas, pour the oil to it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, paste of garlic, etc and saute it.
: Add potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions to it. Fry it well.
: Use hot water to add in it. Stir it well.
: Now take rubbing appliances and rub it continuously.
: Do this action for continuous to get paste like subzi.
: Bake the Pav on the TAVA with butter.
: Serve it with sauce or any chutney.
