Do you know in our childhood we think Diwali means making more Chivada at home and  eat with Dahi or by making Bhel with tomatoes along with coriander fried noodles  and tamarind juice .Calling friends to eat it .Getting together chitchatting, gossiping, singing a song, creating jokes , laughing continuously and celebrating Diwali.

After Diwali we were taking a big sack of Chiwada ,onion collect all friends and went to the field seat in the green chilly plant garden.Plucking small green Chilies and eating that Chivada.

This Chivada indicates that a lot of mixture , ingredients in it so God like that .He tells live your life as like Chivada. If maybe you have anything or not.Tarla Dalal’s 

Don’t be live alone mix with all qualities people .Collect so many friends and make your life delicious, Shahi, khaman etc .

So compulsory we make it at home and  when we are making it at home we feel a lot of abundance,fulfill , some khaman smell is coming at home it encourage to the family members giving them feeling that Oh! Diwali is there so our home is filled with delicious khaman smell that gives full of joy to the kids, encouragement, fulfill feelings. If we will go to the market to bring something when market is full we too also feel fulfilled forget our all tensions and looking that everywhere there is an enthusiasm .

If anyone is lazy or have no interest in life that person also changes due to this type of celebration.

Here I have made 2 types of Chivada at one time so I will give you both ingredients

Puffed rice  2 kg

peanut- 250 gm

gram nut  –  1 bowl

Chivada masala : Rambandhu 1/2 pocket

oil  1/2 lit

cumin powder  11/4 bowl

turmeric powder -3 tbsp

curry leaves- 10 gm

hing  – 1 teas

corn poha  – 250 gm

sugar powder  – 1 bowl

salt   1/2 bowl

red chilly powder   1 tbsp

pieces of red chilly  1 bowl

pieces of dry coconut : 1 bowl

Thin POHA   1/2 KG

PROCEDURE FOR IT :  Take the puffed rice in the big container

: Take  thin Poha ready in another container .

: Bake the thin POHA on the slow gas and keep it aside.

: Now take the all ingredients ready in one thali .                         

: Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it, wait to heat it.

: Now fry all frying things one by one .That is first                                                           coconut, sweet corn chips, peanut, gram nut, curry leaves,                                            chilly pieces etc and keep a side.                           

: Now put off the gas , if the oil left in the pan then add to it                                                cumin  seeds, mustard seeds, wait to splutter it , then add hing                                     , chilly powder, cumin powder, salt, sugar powder, turmeric                                         powder etc and stir it well .Make it as like liquid .  Now add this                                                  mixture to the puffed rice and Poha .              

; See the need of mixture  if it is sufficient then add again .

: Stir it well. Your well prepared delicious , khaman Chivada is ready to it.

NOTE :   Do not add more Masala’s and chilly powder to it as it will increases irritations , harshness while eating and not giving delicious taste. Join this affiliate link to increase your site traffic .

Happy Diwali Friends,

Celebration makes man active, happy and removing our laziness. We are filled with full of enthusiasm .If we have any health problem that also some ladies keep aside  and celebrate Diwali or any festival .Sometimes if a health problem is due to our mental tiredness or  due to any family issue or mental issue, it can overcome with this celebration.Some ladies can act on it and working with positive eagerness. 

    I know today every ladies becoming professional, earning money for their families .Everyone is working for it .No one has the time to do extra work for family or for the home .Then question come who can attend to the families? This question is always torching me since so many days . As I think that home is not running on the profession. To run the home there must be scarification of work, comprising in daily work .If everyone is thinking What can I do? I must have to be safe, then this question creates a lot of questions in the family.But instead this is my family I must have to work for it if any one work or not it keeps strong binding in the family .In olden days, so many ladies are keeping these thoughts with them and so families are never broken.Relationships also remaining longer.But for a while in some families ladies have to be suffered more and she has to scarify her life for it. If she maybe she has power to struggle for it then also she can’t . This also too much danger to run the family. Means anything which is in more proportion means tolerance power or scarification or love ethic is dangerous to everyone’s life. There must have limit for it.

Diwali celebration has also become an issue in so many families . In some families the ladies who have more understanding have to be understood throughout life.Because the front person thinks that she can do everything .I didn’t have to be take more care of it.Not only front person, but all remaining family members also think. If she is doing continuously then this time comes to break the family. You can make yourself , I can make myself this thinking brakes the family.  So we like to watch serials who are celebrating their ”HAPPY DIWALI”together or ”TARAK MEHATA KA ULTA CHASMA. We want to collect together, but who can do the work? This is the question in every family.

Basen flour 1 bowl

sugar powder  1 bowl

ghee 1/2 bowl

raisins  4 to 5

almonds  4 to 5

cashew nut    5 to 6

PROCEDURE FOR IT :  Take all ingredients ready .SWEETS

Keep the pan on the gas , Add basen flour to it ,bake it slowly .

: Add ghee and bake it continuously, till khaman smell comes .

Date paratha Recipe – Paratha

: Then keep it down , add sugar , powder of cashew nut, almond                                             power and mix it well .

: Make its Ladoo  and serve it .
