This recipe is the famous recipe of Maharashtra. Tiny sunflower makes it more tasty. We have to use powder of tiny sunflower. They are looking as like cumin seeds .First we must have to bake it and then grind it in the mixture jar.
We can make its chutney , it is very good for the digestion .It contains fibrous so it is good for easy digestion. It is oily in nature has proteins, fats in well proportion so it is good for weight loss as well as it gives light feeling after eating .

SERVE FOR 3
INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Toor dal : 250 gm
sunflower powder:250 gm
pieces of red chilly: 2 tbsp
chilly powder:2 tbsp
salt: 2 tbsp
oil : 2 tbsp
mustard seeds : 1 tbsp
curry leaves: 5 to 6
turmeric powder :1/2 tbsp
METHOD FOR IT : Cook the Toor dal in the cooker .
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, sunflower powder, salt etc .
Mix it well.Now keep the small pan on the gas to make spluttering process.
Pour oil to it, add mustard seeds, wait to splutter it then add curry leaves. Fry it for a while .Now add this spluttering oil in to the dal .
Now mix it well and serve it with Roti or chapati with rice also.
