INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Well prepared Methi [bharad] subji : 250 gm

soaked gram dal 1 bowl

Homemade metkut 1/2 bowl

basen flour 2 tabs

coriander 2 tabs

green chilly 3 to 4

garlic flakes 3 to 4

chilly powder 1 tbsp

cumin powder 1 tbsp

salt 2 tbsp

Methi powder 1/2 teas

soda 1 teas

oil to fry 250 gm

PROCEDURE FOR IT : Keep the gram dal to soak before making 5 to 6 hours.
Chutneys

After soaking add soaked gram dal to grind it in the mixture jar as like paste and keep aside.

: Make the paste of green chilly, garlic flakes , coriander and keep aside.

Now take the Bharad subji in the thali , add ground gram paste, basen flour, home made metkut etc .

: Now add coriander leaves, salt, chilly powder, paste of garlic and green chilly, a pinch of hing , 1 teas bicarbonate soda , cumin powder, turmeric powder etc .

: Mix it properly , make its Kabab and keep aside to fry it well.

: Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it add one by one Kabab to it for frying : Fry it well. All Kabab’s gives very nice taste .

: Serve it with mango pickle or with any chutney.

Nowadays we have a lot of green subji’s in the field of them some are green, fruity giving good taste along with roti or chapati. We can eat these subji’s as a salad like Fenugreek, Spring onion as it is in the Bhel or in so many food types . In the childhood I was very curious about it because no any subji I have not seen as like pipe. I think that how God is making like this plant if it’s fruit is downside and leaves are upside then also why did it has pipe like structure .Then I was taking it in the hand breaking that pipe and looking inside nothing will see inside , again I thought if there is nothing in side then why did this space? But when onion grows with big size then I would understand that I think this onion is growing due to it. Any way I like it very much we whole family eating this subji as like salad or mixing it with another types of Dal. Today also I decided to make it now. In our area, we have ”CHAITRA GOURI ” celebration. It is started after 3 days of ”Guddhi  Padawa”  For that, we are making wet channa dal. raw mango Panna and some another food kinds of stuff. It is rich protein food having a delicious taste with so many spices. Best Mango Chutney

We are making it for breakfast. Some ladies are making it by grinding it in the mixture. Both give a good taste, let us we will see how to make it?Corn Salad Recipe -fresh

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Channa dal :    250 gm [soaked ]

ground nut  :   2 tbsp

raw mango   : 1/2 [chopped ]

curry leaves :   2 to3

cumin powder : 1/2 tbsp

mustard seeds  1/2 tbsp

hing  : 1 pinch

salt   As your convenience

sugar : 1 tbsp

oil   1 tbsp

chilly powder : 1/2 tbsp

green chilly   2 [ chopped ]

turmeric powder : 1/2 teas

PROCEDURE FOR IT :    Soak the channa dal in a hot water  for 1 hour

: Remove it from the water and keep it aside to drain a water                                                            from it.

: Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it, add cumin’s, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it . Now add curry leaves saute it , add pinch of hing to it .

: Add groundnuts and fry it to change its color pink .

: Add chopped raw mango and pieces of green chilly  to it and saute                                                  it well .

: Add drained dal to it , add sugar, salt, chilly powder , turmeric powder, 1 pinch garam masala to it. Masala Khichadi Recipe- Step By Step

: Now serve it with coriander.
