Good morning friends, have a 😋 day. Nowadays we are losing taste due to humid atmosphere. We didn’t want to eat, we are losing apeti. Getting bored by eating same food. So, I decided to make 🤔 chutney recipe .Let’s make something more 😋 and 😋 so that didn’t need to eat anything with it.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT:
Green chilli : 100gm
Gram nuts : 20gm
, Cucumber : 1 middle size,
Hing : 1teas,
cumin seeds :1 tbsp,
Method To Make It : (1) Take green chili, cucumber, gram nut ready. (2) Wash the cucumber and green chili with clean 💧. (3)Make it’s pieces and keep aside. (4) Keep the pan on the gas, Pour oil to it, add cucumber pieces and green chili pieces to it.(5) Stir fry it and spread 💧 on it. Now keep lid on it. Give it nice steam.(6) Add remaining ingredients to it and after cooling grind it in the mixture.
📝 : This chutney can be useful for 8 to 10 dishes.

Ingredients for it. Fresh green cucumber: 2 of middle size.
Peanut powder: 20 gm,
Thick cream Dahi : 1/2 bowl,
salt: 1/2 teas ,
sugar: 1 tbsp,
red chilly powder:1/2 tbsp. Direction to make it : Take 2 middle size fresh cucumber.
Wash it clean .
Cut it into small pieces.
Now add 🥜 powder, chilly powder, salt, sugar, cumin powder, etc.
In our Maharashtra, so many people are fond of cooked subjis . They didn’t eat salads . Every day they need cooked subji with liquid dal or curry. Up to this time, I didn’t have any problem but now so many problems are coming to flow with this direction. How to make cucumber lassi?

Ingredients for Cucumber Lassi Recipe
Cucumber peeled and cubed 2 medium
Yogurt 2 cups
Ginger 2 inches
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
Green chillies 2
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Asafoetida a pinch
Salt to taste
Blend together the cucumber, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, asafoetida and salt to a smooth paste.
Add the yogurt and blend again. Pour into individual tall glasses, chill and serve
