Hi friends, we are very eager to eat salads. There are plenty of methods to make salad. But we need delicious one. As in this Lock down so many are losing taste due to fear. Didn’t have taste to any food. So I decided to make something new and started to making this salad. Let us check its recipe.

Ingredients for it. Fresh green cucumber: 2 of middle size.
Peanut powder: 20 gm,
Thick cream Dahi : 1/2 bowl,
salt: 1/2 teas ,
sugar: 1 tbsp,
red chilly powder:1/2 tbsp. Direction to make it : Take 2 middle size fresh cucumber.
Wash it clean .
Cut it into small pieces.
Now add 🥜 powder, chilly powder, salt, sugar, cumin powder, etc.
In our Maharashtra, so many people are fond of cooked subjis . They didn’t eat salads . Every day they need cooked subji with liquid dal or curry. In them, we are making so many subji’s with named as a bharad subji’s . These subji’s gives a good taste with so many ingredients.But cucumber must be green, organic & fresh.

Okay, you maybe not understand but I want to make this Lassi? You know that I am always flowing opposite direction of the world since childhood . Up to this time, I didn’t have any problem but now so many problems are coming to flow with this direction. First, I thought we have the full independence on the internet but here also competition, my God, what to do with this competition? Let it be all this will be flowing in the competition, let we shall start to make lassi.
How to make cucumber lassi?

Ingredients for Cucumber Lassi Recipe
Cucumber peeled and cubed 2 medium
Yogurt 2 cups
Ginger 2 inches
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
Green chillies 2
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Asafoetida a pinch
Salt to taste
Blend together the cucumber, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, asafoetida and salt to a smooth paste.
Add the yogurt and blend again. Pour into individual tall glasses, chill and serve
