This is a real homemade tasty recipe. We can make it more nutritive with good ingredients. If we will attend to make it delicious then, you never forget the taste of this recipe. Yesterday I was in worry what kind of easy recipe I could make? Then I saw there are lots of sweet corns at my home so I decided to make upma of it.

Let us see how I have made its upma .

cornflour   2 bowls [ 300 gm  ]

tomato     1 chopped

onion    1   chopped

green or red chilly  2 to 3

groundnut    1/2 bowl

curry leaves    3 to 4

hing   1 pinch

turmeric powder     1 teaspoon

chilly powder    1& 1/2 tbsp

salt    2 tbsp

sugar  2 tbsp

oil    3 tbsp

cumin ‘s 1 tbsp

coriander    1 tbsp [chopped ]

mustard seeds  1 tbsp

water As your convenience


: Hello, friends for making this recipe we will have to first take some sweet  corn fruits.  Bottle Guard Rice -Slow Cooker Recipe

: First, we will remove seeds from it and then we shall grind it in the mixture this floor we can take for to make Upma.

: Bake it well till the color of it changes & Khaman smell spread everywhere.

: Keep some water to boil in the pan and keep another pan on another gas:

: Pour oil in its way to heat it add Cumin seeds and mustard seeds to it, wait to splutter it.

: Now ,add tomatoes, Chilies  pieces, groundnut and fry it well, add Chili powder and turmeric salt, Pinch of Hing, add sugar and  saute it  well

: Now, add a sweet corn flour to It. fry it well meanwhile water will boil on other  gas take this water and pour it into the fried sweet corn floor now stir it well.

:Keep the lid on it & give good steam for it.

: Serve it hot

Allu Tikki -Potato,Sprouted Moong – Potato Recipes.

I  like to eat sprouted food so I kept green Moong to create sprouts.But, this time sprouts have not occurred, instead of it fermentation has taken place and  some sour smell is coming from it then I thought we shall make khamang Dhokala of it but it requires more time so again I changed my decision and thought to make Sprouted Moong Tikki.

Started to collect ingredients for it .

soaked  moong    1/2 kg

potato   [cooked ] – 1

  green chilly _   5  to 6

   coriander  _  1/2 bowl

             salt _  2 tbsp

chilly powder –     1 tbsp

turmeric powder  1/2 tbsp

wheat flour   1 small bowl

oil    1/2 bowl

cumin    1 tbsp

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Soak the Moong in a water in the night or for 1 day.

: Grind it in the mixture.

: Make the paste of green chilly, coriander, garlic , cumin etc and keep                                                       aside.

: Take the cooked potatoes crush it in one dish and keep aside.

:   Take   all ingredients in a big thali and mix it properly.

:  Take some oil on the hand and knead it to make a nice dough.

: Make its nice Tikki and keep aside

:  Now keep the pan on the gas spread oil on it .

: Keep Tikkis’ on it , spread oil on it .

: Bake it on both side by applying oil on it .

: Nice ,delicious Tikki is ready to eat .

:  Serve it with garlic chutney.

Ingredients For It

Gram : 300 gm

onion : well chopped 1

paste of garlic, coriander, greenchilly : 2 tbsp

Garam masala : 1 tbsp

salt : 1 tbsp

lemon juice : 2 tbsp

sugar: 1 tbsp

oil: 2 tbsp

cumin seeds: 1 tbsp

mustard seeds: 1 tbsp

peanut seeds : 2 tbsp

METHOD TO MAKE IT : Keep the grams to soak before 1 day.

: Keep it to cook in the cooker for 5 minutes .

: Now keep the pan on the gas. Pour oil to it, add mustard seeds , cumin seeds, and wait to splutter.

: Now add the onion and fry it well.

: Add peanuts and cooked grams along with all remaining ingredients . Mix it well.

Keep it to get steam. Serve it with salad . let’s by lens, spectacles and goggles from this link.

METHOD TO MAKE IT : Keep the sweet corn for cooking in the small cooker. Keep it up to 3 whistles.

Meanwhile cut the carrots, coriander, green chilly and keep aside.

Add chat masala, chilly powder, cumin powder, salt , lemon juice, sugar and mix it well.

Serve it with coriander.

How to make crispy Chivada recipes – Delicious Chivada

In India Chivada is the delicious , crispy, time pass and entertainment recipes. We have so many entertainment recipes but, have good nutrient value. Only difference to say it ”entertainment” is they can eat anywhere in the home. While watching T V, doing work on the PC , doing any work, while making food , only we need small dish and spoon and small place to keep it. It can give interesting, satisfied feeling while eating it.

it has so many ways to make it , so many are making it by frying srisp Poha . But, I never because I am not preferring to eat more oily food. So I am baking it first and then making , as require less oil and if we will keep it for more days it can’t spoil .Not giving any type of arrogant smell. etc, It can remain for more days .

Crispy poha : 1/2 kg

sweetcorn Poha :100 gm

green chilly : 2 tbsp [pieces]

cumin powder:1 tbsp

salt: 1 tbsp

sugar:1 tbsp

curry leaves: 5 to 6

mustard seeds:1 tbsp

oil : 150 gm

salt : 1 tbsp

lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp

peanut : 20 gm

gram nut: 20 gm

pieces of coconut: 10 to 15

pinch of hing


1] Take the crispy poha and all ingredients ready .

2] Bake it slowly with the medium gas and keep it aside.

3] Fry the sweet corn Poha in the oil and keep aside.

3] Now take all Ingredients in the big Thali , as like peanuts, green chilly pieces, turmeric powder, sugar, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice, oil , mustard seeds, etc

4] Now keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it, wait to heat it.

5] Add mustard seeds to it and wait to splutter it .

6] Now add pieces of green chilly, curry leaves, pinch of hing, turmeric powder, peanuts , etc .

7] Stir fry it with medium gas .

8] Now slowly add Crispy Poha to it.

INSTRUCTION FOR IT : Bake the crisp with light hand so that it couldn’t be broke down into powder.

Keep flame of gas medium until total recipe prepared.

Hi friends, we know that In Maharashtra , generally in the morning we are making quickly Upma or Poha for breakfast. As we are getting perfect to make it , since so many days I want to make some change in Upma’s style. As every time by eating same Upma we are getting bored need some change in it. So I decided to make a new type of Upma .Which e was making my aunty in my childhood . She is keeping fast as a Saturday and making this type of Upma at night to eat it. At that time I couldn’t understand meaning of fasting but now, when I am remembering all these events myself I am laughing every time . Thinking that if my uncle

is bringing a lot of grocery for the fasting still why did she was making this type of recipe ? Anyway she is making in the following way but I have made slight change in it .

Wheat flour : 500 gm

paste of garlic, greenchilly, ginger, corriander : 1/2 bowl 50 gm

salt : 2 tbsp

buttermilk : 250 mil

oil : 50 ml

hing : 1teas

peanut : 20 gm

turmeric powder : 1 teas

lemon juice : 1 tbsp

sugar to taste : 1 tbsp

coriander : 2 tbsp

cumin powder : 1 tbsp

mustard seeds : 1 tbsp

Recipe to make it : Take the wheat flour in the big pan , start to bake it with medium gas.

: Bake it continuously till red color appears . Spread of khaman smell comes outside.

Now keep another pan on the gas pour oil to it , add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, paste of all ingredients , peanuts, etc . Wait to splutter it and fry it well. Add turmeric powder to it.

Slowly add buttermilk to it , add salt and sugar to it , wait to boil it

After boiling slowly pour baked wheat flour to it. Now slowly stir it continuously.

Keep the lid on it . Serve it with coriander and mango pickle or chilly pickle.

NOTE FOR IT : While making this recipe baking is the best skill .

: Proportion of buttermilk must be correct otherwise recipe can get spoil.

For this type of Upma she makes Rava at home . She grounds wheat at home on the stone pot in the dawn. While grinding she was singing a song for us. That is taking of my name , my brothers name , my sisters name, God’s name , etc. Expressing everyone’s virtues through the song . Feeling proud to me while listening this song. As she puts a lot of efforts in that . Grinds fine Rava for Upma. It is giving awesome taste.

She makes it on the ”Chula” without adding any ingredients to it. It gives very nice taste. We never forget that taste. Rava- 1/2 kg [homemade]

Oil – 50 gm

mustard seeds-2 tbsp

cumin seeds-1 tbsp

peanuts-20 gm

gram nut 20 gm

chilly powder-1 tbsp

salt 1 tbsp

turmeric powder 1 teas

pinch of hing

water-1/2 lit

PROCEDURE – Bake the Rava khaman , as like red color appears to it.Keep it a side.

Now keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it, add cumin powder, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.

: Add peanut, gram nut and pinch of hing to it,saute it well. Add chilly powder and stir it well.

: Pour the water to it,now wait to boil it .

: Add sugar, salt, turmeric powder and stir it well .

; Now add slowly baked Rava to it and stir it well.

: Keep the lid on it to get steam to it. Now pour slight coriander to it.




Baking well adding sufficient water is the main skill of this recipe.

If water become more add some another baked Rava to it and if it is less pour hot water to it to make balance of recipe.

Dahi Puri Chutney Recipe-Breakfast Recipe

Today I want to make this recipe  early in the morning but, I get up late and I made it  late . In the morning I want to drink tea but our milk has been finished . Since full of rain is there so milkman is also not coming and no one has been get up .Now  I decided to  go to my brother in law home , and my brother law has made first class tea for me. In every week I am keeping my all work aside and going to meet them. If I will meet them then I become fresh to work again . They are my good inspiration . Then in 10 minutes came back as I have to make food along with breakfast. There is very short time of them I have to read a lot of spiritual books, but now I have learned all these books so there is no need to find extra time to read them . While cooking I am reciting all stotra’s, Mantra, some spiritual books  without looking in any book. 

Now I have made Dahi Puri, Maharashtra Pithala, khaman chapati’s , Roti’s , green chilly thecha and  masala rice. For this I require 2 hours time .As I have injury to my left legs , I couldn’t move fast. to stand 2 hour and making these types of food means vast challenge to me .Still I am making it as I think that if we will teach sitting habit to our body , this habit will remain for long time and it can loose our power as well as muscle power . So to keep our muscle in moving condition we must have to work everyday. This can keep our muscles strong.

For Khamang Puri

Wheat Rava: 1/2 kg

Basen           : 1/2 bowl

Bhajani: 1/2 bowl

Ajawine      : 2 tablespoon

a paste of garlic, green chilly, cumin: 2 tablespoon

Turmeric powder: 1  teaspoon

Salt: 2 tablespoon

Oil: 250  gm

Oil: 250  gm

Ingredients for Chutney

Dahi: 1 bowl

Garlic chutney: 2 tablespoon

SALT: 1  Teaspoon

PROCEDURE:      Take all ingredients in one thali. .

                              Mix it properly. Add slowly water, knead it  properly.

                               keep it to soak for half an hour. 

                          prepare its dough, roll it, make its   chapati.

                            Take one bowl having the border.

                      Keep it  vertically on the chapatti.

                 Remove puri one by  one aside.

Now keep the pan on the gas.

pour oil in it. Heat it and leave Puri one by one into the oil .

Fry it well in  the pan.

Recipe For chutney :  Take thick Dahi in a bowl

                                         : Pour chilly powder, salt, garlic paste to it .

:                                       Stir it well , it gives very nice taste,
