So this type of fasting is very hard to maintain as how much may be we eat or drink sweet it gives us some pain . But fasting is the best way to bring control on our mind in everyday life. If we can’t keep our mind in control then everything will getting into vanish. Spirituality teaches us to control your mind. Without controlling if anyone is telling that we are spiritual person then it is very hard to keep that person’s respect.
Maybe since so many days I want to make date cake but no arrangement is getting to make it . Today I thought we have fasting and in the morning there was no electricity at my home so I was free so I decided to make it . As it contains more nutrient value and good for to increase energy level. We can also make Cupcake from it .

INGREDIENTS FOR IT :
Varai flour : 250 gm
Milk Cream: 2 tbsp
milk to knead:1 tbsp
baking soda : 1 tbsp
BAKING POWDER: 1tbsp

METHOD FOR IT : Keep the cooker for preheating by adding salt in the bottom of it .
Take 250 gm dates .Remove its seeds and keep aside.
Now take the varai flour in the pan bake it till red color appears .
Take milk cream, ghee, baking powder, baking soda, sugar in the bowl and whisk it for 5 minutes by adding 2 tbsp milk.
Now take the dates and varai flour, almonds, cashew nuts in the mixture
jar and grind it completely in the jar .
Now knead this mixture with whisk material properly.
Keep this mixture in the cooker tiffin .
Keep this tiffin in to the cooker for 30 minutes .
After 30 minutes your well prepared fasting cake is ready to eat.

Ingredients for it
Chikoo : 3 small size
wheat flour: 1 cup
baking powder:1/2 tbsp
baking soda :1/2 tbsp
sugar powder :50 gm
ghee for whisking -2 tbsp
milk to knead : 1 tbsp
Method for it : Keep the pan on the gas . Add salt to it. And keep it to preheat for 10 minutes before making it.
Take the Chikoo fruits , remove its peel and keep aside.
Now take the ghee, sugar in the bowl to whisk and whisk it continuously for 3 minutes
Now add the Chikoo’s and crush it with wire guaze . Again whisk it with wire guaze.
Now add wheat flour to it and knead it with 1 tbsp of milk .
Knead it completely to become smooth. and shiny.
Now make its small cookies and keep it in the small bowls .
Keep the cookies bowls in to the pan for 20 minutes with tight lid .

1] Pour the thick cream curd in to the mixture jar.
2]Now move the mixture button and start to rotate the curd without adding water for 2 or 3 minutes.
3] It creates thick collection of butter.But, we can’t say it is pure butter.
4] Now add cold water to it . Pure butter is automatically floating on the surface of water.
5] Now collect the butter in the water and keep it to wash in the pure water.
6] Butter must have to wash clean as it can remove acidic nature of curd, to become clean, clear and pure butter.
7] Now keep this butter for the melting . Check the activity of melting. While it started to create gray color and spreading khaman smell of it .Off the gas.
8] We have pure ghee .Some black impurities are remaining down side of the ghee .So filter it after getting cool .
9] You will get pure ghee. You can add leaves of basil while melting it to get good smell.

This is very interesting thing that generally, we get wet red chilies in winter season .But, in last week I went in the vegetable market suddenly I got one lady was selling these chilies. And in the winter season I was searching for these chilies in the whole market and I didn’t have got it . I saw these chilies stumbled on that heap. So nice smell was coming from it. Then I asked her rate and bought it, my mother in law also like its thecha . DAL, RICE, MASALA BHENDI, PEANUT CHUTNEY, PICKLE. DAHI ALONG WITH GHEE .
Ingredients for it
Fresh Bhendi 1/2 kg
salt 1 tbsp
masala 1 tbsp
chilly powder 1/2 tbsp
peanut powder 20 gm
oil 2 tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
cumin 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Wash the bhendi with clean water. Keep a side .
: Wipe it with clean cloth.
: Cut it into small round pieces .
: Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it .
: Now add pieces of Bhendi to it and fry it well .
: Sprinkle some slight water to it to get good steam for it.
: Now keep the lid on it . Wait for 2 minutes.
: Add garam masala, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, peanut powder, etc and stir it well .
: After 2 min Bhendi Subji is ready to eat.
How to make Dal and Rice
Ingredients for it
Ingredients for simple dal
Toor dal ; 100 gm
Rice 100 gm
oil 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 teas
cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT Keep the dal and rice in the cooker tiffin .
:Wash it with clean water , add sufficient water to cook it .
: Add water [1/2 lit ] at the bottom of cooker.
: Now keep the tiffins in the cooker.
: Keep lid on it and take 2 to 3 whistles of it.
