In the morning we have a lot of rush. Everyone is busy with their own work. How to do all tasks in timing is the main responsibility of everyone. I have a big responsibility of making tiffin of my husband. As he is going to the office completely at 8 o clock. Here a lot of cold atmospheres is there. Means to make food in time is very difficult to work for me. So I am searching how can I make easy, fast and quickly food in short time. The main important thing for foodies is to make subji . In subji, there are lots of subji which can make but to cook it require lots of time so generally, I am using leafy vegetables to make it ,as to cut it, requires less time as well as to make it ,also very less time and it is good for our health as well as to digest also easily.

green chilly: 5 to 6

oil: 2 tbsp

mustard seeds: 1 tbsp

cumin’s: 1 tbsp

skutt: 2 tbsp

salt: as your convenience

curry leaves: 5 to 6

Hing: 1 pinch

turmeric powder: 1 teas

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Take the cabbage and green chilly

: grate it into small pieces with the slicer having a big hole.

METHOD TO MAKE IT  :  Buy fresh cabbage from the market, if it is   grown in your own garden or farm then it is                                                           good for us.

:  Cut it with slicer

: Wash it with clean water

: Pour oil into the pan

: Add cumin, mustard seeds,  wait to splutter it.

: Add green chilly, cabbage,  saute it well.

: Add all ingredients and stir it well.

: Keep the lid on it to get well steam.

Ratha Saptami: Today we are celebrating this festival with new sweet food and with some rituals. 

Worshiping Radha and  Krishna with a picture of Rath. Keeping 7 types of grain in front of them. Giving some sweets for Radha Krishna and praying to make life easy and spreading love with full of enthusiasm.

For this I have  decided to make Sweet rice with grated coconut.

Rice  :   1 cup

grated coconut : 1 cup

charoli : 10 gm

Raisins :  7 to 8

ghee : 2 tabs

dates: 5 to 6

cloves: 4 to 5

cardamon powder 1 teas

serve for 3

PROCEDURE FOR IT: Keep the rice from soaking complete 1 hour

:  If you have grated coconut at home then take it 1 bowl as it is.

: Make pieces of dates and keep aside.

: Take other ingredients ready in one thali or tray.

FRYING INGREDIENTS

: Keep the 1 bowl water to heat in another pot.

:  Keep the pot on the gas, pour oil into the pot make flame of a                                               gas slow.

:  Add clove, charoli, pieces of dates and grated coconut in it.

: Fry it well o slow gas.

: Now drain the rice from water and pour into the pot.

: Again fry all material well and  add hot water.

: Keep the lid on the pot , add some water in the lid to remain                                             rice safe.

: After a while put off the gas remove lid and add the elaichai                                                            powder in it .

: Serve it now as a Prasad.

Misal Sprouts Recipes-Moong Mutter -Dahi Misal

 Since so many days I am planning to make this recipe but somehow it is missing, yesterday also I made its nice video along with nice images but I didn’t know naughty grandson has deleted it from my mobile. I am getting irritated with myself but still, I decided to make it today. As I have kept yesterday’s some material as it is.

Sprouted moong: 1 bowl

mutter: 1 bowl

spring onion: 1 bowl

coriander: 1/2 bowl

thick dahi: 1/2 bowl

salt: as your convenience

sugar: 2 tabs

lemon: 1/2 or as you wish

Hi, readers, I want to tell that, I never had been made this type of recipe, just first time I am trying it. Here, if we will use raw potatoes no one is eating it, so I have given some steam for it. In our area so many people are traditional, they didn’t change their eating habits . So to make food I have to compromise for methods. Let us see how I have comprised of this dish & made same like all dishes.

: Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil in it, add cumin’s mustard seeds & wait to splutter it.

Add  hing powder & add instantly all pieces of potatoes in the pan.

STIRING IT

: Keep gas full & saute it well

: Now spread 1 cup water on it & keep the lid on it.

Keep the flame of gas slow for 5 min to get the good steam

Now add all ingredients in it, stir it well.

: Cut the potatoes vertically & keep it into water

:   Keep the pan on the gas, add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds for spluttering.

: Add pieces of potatoes instantly.

: Add 1 cup of water to get steam.

Today’s Bhojan  Bharad Subji , Dal Rice, Pakode and TilGul Poli

INGREDIENTS FOR Bharad Subji

Methi :  1 bowl [chopped]

coriander : 2 tbsp

cumin’s 1 tbsp

Mustard seeds  1 tbsp

oil   2 tbsp

hing  1 pinch

basen bharad: 1 small bowl

groundnut skutt : 1  small bowl

chilly powder  1 tbsp

turmeric powder:  1 teas

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Wash the Methi  and coriander leaves clean and  keep aside

Keep ready another ingredients Basen Bharad, Skutt  , etc

Wheat flour  1/2 kg

mixture of Tilgul  1/4 kg

oil  1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE FOR IT   :   Take the wheat flour in a big bowl

: Add pinch of salt in it

: Add enough water to make chapatis

:  Knead it properly to make its dough and keep aside

Dal [Toor]   : 1 bowl

Rice   1+ 1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE  FOR IT : Take Dal , Rice in the cooker tiff in .

:  Wash it with clean water

: Add sufficient water in to the tiff in

:  Keep both tiff ins in the cooker don’t forget to add some

water in the cooker

: Keep the lid of the cooker tight,  wait for 3 whistles

: After  3 whistles wait to cool the cooker

: After cooling remove lid of the cooker

:  Take out both tiffins out side , add salt, turmeric                                                                   powder and water in it to make Dal.

:Serve all food in one Thali , pour ghee on Rice and Poli.

: HERE IS TOTAL BHOJAN READY TO SERVE

Jaggary: 1/2 bowl

sugar: 1/2 bowl

coconut: 1/2

raisins: as your convenience

Khuskhus: 1/2 bowl

Cardamom: 5 to 6 flakes

Ghee: 2 tabs

PROCEDURE FOR IT: Take the clean wheat in a pot, see it has impurities

Keep to soak it for a  night or if you want to make it in the

evening keep for a day to soak.

Just take one round of the mixture to remove its husk

Keep 1/2 lit water to boil in the cooker

Add  1 tabs spoon into the cooker

After boiling add wheat in the cooker & keep the lid tight.

Make the flame of the gas low.

Meanwhile keep ready another ingredient

Take pieces of coconut, khuskhus & Cardamom in the mixture pot. Make its powder.

Method :

Keep the wheat to cook in the cooker

Make preparation of ingredients

Grind the ingredients in the mixture

Add ingredients in the cooked desserts

Serve it with ghee.
