Today everyone is alert to keep positive thoughts with them as no one wants unhappiness  and  sadness in their life.  Everyone is trying best to be happy in their life. So many have the tough situation to handle. These situations create tremendous fear in our mind and we are indulged there. So many times we have lots of fear in our mind that the things which I have achieved can I lose it? So everyone is trying best to avoid negativity. Now the question comes is there life without negativity? Is there life without problems? If you want to avoid these 2 words in your life can you make progress in your life? Maybe you are making progress in your life  

But are you sure that you never come across to the negative energy and problems in your life?

Every situation is coming into our life only we have to learn how to face or react to this situation? Let us we will discuss here.

1]  We are coming in contact with idiot people or donkey like people.then we can’t avoid them forever. Then we must have to think of them as a   superman or  Gopal rao.

2] We have to come across with negative thoughts of fear, jealousy, hatreds etc. Then we can’t remove it from our lives. As it depends on front person behavior and  we can’t avoid it .If we will carry with it we are going into the depression. So how can we overcome it? then we must have to increase our inner power to overcome it without giving him any reaction and must have to accept this situation.

As a part of my life but didn’t avoid these people we should learn how to convert negative energy in to positive?

Suppose we decided to avoid any hatred, jealous or negative people which is near to us. Then God creates another negative people surrounding us. So we must have to accept these situations as part of my life. If I we will not accept all these situations there will automatically create pressure, stress, anger, anxiety and  increase problems.

Suppose in our home or office anyone is jealous of us. Can we keep him away instantly? Or can we start to hate him? If we will start to hate him what will happen we know and if we are behaving him as ‘’Tit for Tat’’ again what situation we have to face we know well. It increases negative energy.So we must have to learn, how to convert negative energy in to positive.

When any person has no power to change it or accept it as it is, then it can create a lot of problems that is pressure, force, etc so many times love changes it but if the situation is out of control then love also can not do anything. When we understand their negative energy it creates pain internally with people close to us. Then we need to understand.

  • Reflect: We know that what we have sent outside that is coming to my side. That is as the plant as the seed. But here we have to understand that I must have to accept the sanskaras and creates sanskaras. This is going to daily. If I  am a powerful soul then I can not disturb with it.
  • If any bad energy or bad sanskaras are coming towards us at that time we have to keep quiet and after some time we can change it by means of good thoughts.It requires lots of energy. This energy we can create by doing meditation or by chanting Mantra. Doing bhajans kirtans etc.
  • TRANSFORM: We know that in our Indian culture every ladies have to transform her sanskaras.  to keep a family in one place.If she would not tolerate any bad situation then she has to face a lot of problems. The whole family will get disturbed.
  • So to transform means a change in your life, your lifestyle, your responsibilities, your thinking pattern.
  • If you are not changing this routine you become the responsible factor of distraction in your family life. Or anywhere.
  • So decide what to do with sanskaras? Do you want to absorb? Reflect   or transform.
  • If we are not learning how to transform then we will learn how to avoid revenge on him?

Green Tomato Chutney Recipe – Chutney Recipes

INGREDIENTS

Green chilly 1/4 kg

green tomato 1 middle size

coriander 1/2 bowl

salt: as your convenience

groundnut 1 small bowl

hing 1 pinch

jaggery 2 tbsp

oil 1 tbsp

cumin seeds 1 tbsp

water 1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE :    Take green chilly, wash it with clean water & keep aside

Take middle size tomato cut it into pieces &  keep aside

Take ready all remaining ingredients hing, salt, jaggery, ground nut                                 turmeric powder etc.

Wash the coriander, cut it & keep aside

Take green chilly, groundnut, pieces of tomatoes, coriander,                                              jaggery in the pan &   spread oil on it. Add half cup of water Keep the lid on it.Keep the  flame of gas slow.

Take steam for a 10 min & remove its lid

Now add remaining ingredients salt, cumin ,  etc .

Wait to cool it .

Keep all these  ingredients in the mixture & grind it well.                                 Your tasty green chutney is ready to eat.

NOTE :  Instead of groundnut you can use coconut [fresh wet] coconut.

INGREDIENTS

 flex seeds  1/2 kg

chilly powder  1/2 bowl

salt  as you wish

garlic flakes   1/2 bowls

PROCEDURE *  Take the flex seeds in a clean thali or grain cleaner appliances #vegetarian

                         *  Remove its impurities by moving it up and  down  *  Pick up the stones from it * keep aside 

                          * Now take the garlic flakes and remove its  cover and keep aside.

                           * Keep all ingredients ready .

                           * Keep the flame of gas full and keep a big    pan on the gas 

                            * Add adhesive seeds to it and start to bake it

                            * While baking keep continues stirring so that it could not be burn 

                             * Some interesting sound is coming, keep attention on it, when   it  gets baked stop to fry it  we can understand that it is half baked.

INGREDIENTS

carrots * 1/2 kg

channa  * 1 bowl

sugar *  1 bowl

ghee  * 1 tbsp

cardamom  powder*  1 teas

cashew nut powder   1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE  *  Bring fresh, red colors, sweet and big size carrots  from the market   

* Wash it with fresh tap water and keep aside.

* Make ready all ingredients near to gas.

* grate the carrots with big hole slicer. Keep aside

* Now take a big pan , keep on the gas.

* Pour the ghee in it, wait to heat it

*  Add grated carrot to it, stir it well with full gas.Keep the lid for a                                                while on it, remove it and keep a lid aside

* Now make the flame slow and add channa into the carrot, add sugar,                                                cashew nut powder etc  and stir it well

* Now keep the flame of gas full and stir it continuously. Wait to

condense it properly .now serve it as it is.

TIPS FOR IT *  We know that winter season is building body season. It provides cold air to our body so to keep the body warm we need healthy and nutrient food .this item provides lots of proteins, vitamins, hemoglobin, etc. So to build body strong eat this food.

Method

:  Take fresh carrots, wash it with clean water.

:  Remove peel from it and grate it with big hole slice and keep aside

:  Keep all ingredients ready

: Pour the ghee into  the pan, add grated carrot to it, stir it well

The seller himself throws this leaves in the dustbin But I thought let we will try to make Subji of Radish leaves. As we are eating Radish Subji then why not it’s leaves?.  So I bought from the market by telling them, I want it for medicine. If I would tell her I want to make it’s subji they will start to tell me Mahabharata story so I decided to not tell them for making Subji. As my time will waste there.

INGREDIENTS

Green leaves of Radish 1/2 kg

coriander1/2 bowl

chopped onion  1

chilly powder  2 tbsp

salt 1 tbsp

curry leaves   5 to 6

mustard seeds  1 tbsp

oil  2 tbsp

garlic  5 to 6

PROCEDURE    *  cut  the green leaves from radish, keep aside

*  Wash it with full tap water. Chop it well and keep aside to drain                                            water

*  Now keep the iron Tawa on the gas, wait to heat it.We use iron Tawa as it has more amount of iron it can mix in the Subji and it gives good taste.    subji of radish

*  Pour oil into it wait to heat, add pieces of garlic, fry it  well

*  Add  Mustard seeds to it, wait to splutter.

* Now add curry leaves and fry it well, add chopped onion and saute it.

*  Add radish chopped leaves and saute it  for a while

Human Life Value – pdkcm

In our city, there is an environment of a municipaulty election.A lot of people are engaging in that, to make propaganda of their candidates.

Yesterday my servant has not been coming to work so I asked her why did you not came for work? She replied to me we are going to make propaganda of Congress. & they are giving us 300 Rs. daily, Means now every day they are earning 600Rs. She has a lot of happiness for it, as she is earning extra income.

After one week again she told I want to take holiday for tomorrow. I told her why did you are taking everytime holiday?, I can’t give you now. Then she replied me ”No mam, ”Some relatives shraddha [means death anniversary ] is there so i want to go there, i asked her but now you are earning more income in an election , so are you lifting this income for your relatives? then she replied ”yes” as ”shradha ” is coming on 1 day in 1 year & all relatives are coming there & we can meet them there etc.

Now i start thinking emotionally with aware of the sensation. She didn’t have a regular chance to earn extra money & every day her life is depending on every day’s income, as she didn’t have another extra income source for her family. Then also she has decided to go to visit her relatives.

Instead of her if we will compare to her with any educated businessman or servicemen to go to meet for relative. He didn’t go he will tell ”my deadline will miss or i have to suffer a lot of loss, now keep this point in mind the lady who can’t earn anything without doing any work daily, she has given importance to emotions or humanity but the person who has a lot of income he didn’t miss his deadline to meet the relatives. So who has kept humanity? & who has the sensitivity? We know that sensitivity brings near to God, so decide who is the great person? & Who has bound relationship? & who is breaking the relationship .

Nowadays there is a trend that the person who is earning more or lot of money is a great person & the person who has kept all values, emotions , sensitivity all with him with strong binding of relationship is the fool person as he didn’t collect money, in this period if Mahatma Gandhi, Dr, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Savarkar if all are here now they will be fool in everyone’s eyes.

Before 20 years when there is a program of marriage or any celebration then a lot of relatives are coming to enjoy these programs.they are living there & mixing with everyone. We are getting a lot of happiness from them. But now we have a lot of money to arrange programmes but no one is coming to eat, everyone is busy in their activities & if someone is free he didn’t want to mix anywhere or do some work for someone. as there is no flow of real love or real energy. So decide to take some days for someone is good or to keep busy for work as i don’t want to miss any deadline is good?

Suppose everyone in this world decided that i never miss my deadline, Can travelling run? Can market run? Can relationship run? Who will take care of old persons & small babies? & where is space for emotions & sensitivity? As this is happening now, everyone is busy in his work.
