Ingredients For It
Gram : 300 gm
onion : well chopped 1
paste of garlic, coriander, greenchilly : 2 tbsp
Garam masala : 1 tbsp
salt : 1 tbsp
lemon juice : 2 tbsp
sugar: 1 tbsp
oil: 2 tbsp
cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
peanut seeds : 2 tbsp
METHOD TO MAKE IT : Keep the grams to soak before 1 day.
: Keep it to cook in the cooker for 5 minutes .
: Now keep the pan on the gas. Pour oil to it, add mustard seeds , cumin seeds, and wait to splutter.
: Now add the onion and fry it well.
: Add peanuts and cooked grams along with all remaining ingredients . Mix it well.
Keep it to get steam. Serve it with salad .
