Sorry friends, today we have holiday and we want some special breakfast on Saturday. Sometimes we want traditional recipe to change our everyday taste. Traditional recipes have original taste and has high nutritional value.It require high devotion to make.
My mother and Aunty were always making these dishes , while baking flour, smell of flour was spreading in total colony. And our neighbors are coming to eat it.They are telling to my mothers ” Something new food is making smell everywhere, we are here to taste it. ” They think that this taste never get anywhere.
Any item when we are making with organic food material there need only small skill. It can make easily delicious with few ingredients.
Let us we will check how did I have made it more delicious?

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Wheat flour: 1 bowl
onion: 1/ 2 [well chopped]
green peas: 2 tbsp
peanuts: 2 tbsp
oil : 2 tbsp
cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
hing : 1 pinch
red chilly pieces: 4 to 5
curry leaves: 4 to 5
red chilly powder: 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
salt :1 tbsp
sugar: 1 tbsp
METHOD TO MAKE: Bake the wheat flour till red color appears and smell of it should spread everywhere.
Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.
Now fry it till gray color appears, add peanut, peas, curry leaves, pinch of hing to it.
Now pour water to it. As same quantity of wheat flour , now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, sugar and wait to boil it.
Pour baked wheat flour to it.
Stir it well. Give steam to it.
Serve it with lemon pickle or sauce.
NOTE : Baking is the best skill for this dish.
