Everyone has the choice to select any type of Bhojan .Generally, we like simple Bhojan as it is healthy , it contains simple Ingredients with proper quality. There is a process to make it healthy. With my experience if i would be decided to make Bhojan with boring and lazy mind or with angry and in a stress full way. Thinking that this is my responsibility or this my karma and I must have to do it. Then that food is not finishing. Definitely it is remaining. So while making food , I must have to be alert, that this food is eating my family. They must have to be felt complete satisfaction after eating. They must have to be feel tasty and delicious food. If these thoughts I will keep with that food , then definitely that food is finished happily.

So yesterday as a routine I decided to make simple Bhojan and really Thali become very delicious .And it was finished easily.

Let us see what I have made for the simple Bhojan?

DAL, RICE, MASALA BHENDI, PEANUT CHUTNEY, PICKLE. DAHI ALONG WITH GHEE .

MASALA BHENDI

Ingredients for it

Fresh Bhendi 1/2 kg

salt 1 tbsp

masala 1 tbsp

chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

peanut powder 20 gm

oil 2 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

cumin 1 tbsp

PROCEDURE FOR IT : Wash the bhendi with clean water. Keep a side .

: Wipe it with clean cloth.

: Cut it into small round pieces .

: Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it .

: Now add pieces of Bhendi to it and fry it well .

: Sprinkle some slight water to it to get good steam for it.

: Now keep the lid on it . Wait for 2 minutes.

: Add garam masala, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, peanut powder, etc and stir it well .

: After 2 min Bhendi Subji is ready to eat.

How to make Dal and Rice

Ingredients for it

Ingredients for simple dal

Toor dal ; 100 gm

Rice 100 gm

oil 1 tbsp

cumin seeds 1 tbsp

mustard seeds 1 tbsp

turmeric powder 1/2 teas

salt 1tbsp

sugar 1tbsp

cumin powder 1/2 tbsp

PROCEDURE FOR IT Keep the dal and rice in the cooker tiffin .

:Wash it with clean water , add sufficient water to cook it .

: Add water [1/2 lit ] at the bottom of cooker.

: Now keep the tiffins in the cooker.
BAKED

: Keep lid on it and take 2 to 3 whistles of it.
PEANUT

: Now keep the rice tiffin at side and give Tadaka to the dal with above ingredients.
