Bhojan Recipe – How To Make Suran Subji
I want to explain here about this subji. Why did I have decided to make this subji? This subji is good for kidney stone patient. It can give good relief for the patient of kidney stone. At first I have bought it to make its subji but , while cutting it, it is feeling sticky to me. I thought it maybe dirty. How can i make it ? Let us wash with salty water so that it will remove it sticky feeling, but, again while washing it , it is feeling sticky.
Now I have decided to make it as it is .

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Suran 250 gm
peanut powder 20 gm
garam masala 1 tbsp
chilly powder 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
coriander 1 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
hing 1/4 pinch
oil 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
mustard Seeds 1/2 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT
Wash the Suran with clean water.
Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait to splutter.
Now add Suran to it and saute it well.

Add some water and keep the lid on it to get the steam .

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Wheat flour 1/2 kg
salt 1 pinch
powder sugar 50 gm
cream milk 100 ml
ghee 25 ml
PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHAPATI
Take given amount of wheat flour .
Add pinch of salt, powder sugar, cream milk and 2 tbsp ghee.
Knead it with milk .
Make its small dough. Roll it slowly with light hand .
Generally , we are making these chapati’s in Diwali
