How to make delicious bottle guard rice? – Slow Cooker Recipe
This recipe is a total new type for everyone. My mother was doing it in my childhood .Her taste is very different. I tried to make same in her way, but still I can’t make it properly. Not getting the taste of my mother’s hand .

Today in the morning my colleague told me to write slow cooker recipe & publish it on your blog . Then i told him I have to make it. Then I got a question now, which type is included in the slow cooker. Suddenly I saw in the fridge there was mutter & Bottle guard . INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Bottle guard :1
rice 1 bowl
peanut 1/2 bowl
mutter 1/2 bowl
A paste of green chilly & garlic 2 tbsp
garam masala 1 tbsp
chilly powder 1 tbsp
salt 2 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT : First take the rice & keep it to soak in the water for 15 min before making it.
Take the bottle guard, wash it & keep aside.
Remove it’s peel , grate it with slicer [big hole] & keep aside .
Now keep the another ingredients ready in the thali that is peanut, mutter, all spices etc .
Keep 2 bowl water to boil .
Now keep the cooker on the gas , pour oil to it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to it . Best Crock Pot Recipes
Now add mutter, peanut, grated bottle guard & saute it well.
Add rice garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, a paste of garlic & green chilly , salt etc & saute it well.
Add hot water to it & keep the lid of cooker.
Keep the gas slow for 10 to 15 minutes & wait to get 3 whistles .
A well prepared rice is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
