Palak Rice Recipe – Green Rice.
We are making a lot of types of rice of them some are fried rice, vegetable rice, mint rice, sweet rice etc . There are so many methods to make it . Some are making by cooking , some are making after cooking.Everyone has different method. I didn’t like to make juice of palak but still I decided to make experiment first time.
Let us we will see how did I have made it ?

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
rice 1 bowl
green moong dal 1/2 bowl
green palak 1 bowl [well chopped]
coriander 2 tbsp [well chopped]
green chilly 2 to 3
ginger 1/2 tbsp
garlic flakes 3 to 4
salt 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tbsp
garam masala 1/2 tbsp
oil 1/2 bowl
turmeric powder 1/2 teas
water : 1/2 lit .
PROCEDURE FOR IT Take the green palak wash it with clean water and keep a side to drain water.
Indian Veg Food
Take the coriander wash it and keep aside to drain it.
Chop the palak & coriander and add to mixture jar to make it’s juice. Add green chilly and ginger, garlic flakes along with it.
: Add 2 cup water in the mixture jar and make it’s juice .
Take 1 bowl of rice and 1/2 bowl moong dal , wash it and keep aside to drain water.
Now keep the cooker on the gas ,pour oil to it , add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it .
Now pour slowly green juice to it and add sufficient water to cook it.
Now add turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala and wait to boil it .
Now add washed rice , moong dal to it and keep the lid of cooker tight.
Keep the flame of gas slow.
Now take 3 to 4 whistles of cooker .
Wait to cool the cooker and serve it now.
