INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Rice 1 + 1/2 cup
moong dal 1/2 bowl
Methi leaves 1 bowl [chopped]
coriander 1/2 bowl [chopped]
spring onion 1 bowl [chopped]
paste of garlic 1 tbsp
cucumber[green] 1/2 bowl[small pieces]
everyday masala 1 tbsp
chilly powder 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 teas
cumin’s powder 1 tbsp
cumin 1 tbsp
mustered seeds 1 tbsp
oil 1/2 bowl
curry leaves 5 to 6
salt as you wish
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Wash the rice , moong dal and keep it for soaking
: Take the fresh spring onion wash it and keep aside.
: Wash the Methi leaves and keep aside.
: Take the green fresh cucumber ,wash it and keep aside
: Now chop all these vegetables well and keep aside.
*: Keep another ingredients ready to make it .
: Drain the water from rice and moong dal
: Now keep the cooker on the gas ,pour oil in to it
: Wait to heat it , add cumin, mustard seeds and wait to splutter
: Add curry leaves , Methi leaves,spring onion, coriander leaves and saute it well.
: Add cucumber pieces and saute it well.
: Now add all ingredients one by one that is chilly powder, cumin powder,turmeric powder, garam masala ,garlic paste , etc and stir it well.
:Keep the lid of the cooker on it and take 1 or 2 whistles
: Add rice , Moong dal and saute it well
: Now add 1/2 lit hot water into the cooker and keep the lid
: Now take 2 to 3 whistles and wait to cool.
: Serve it in the dishes as like breakfast poha.
