How to make delicious Paratha’s – Paratha recipe ?
Winter season is special for leafy vegetables . As in the rainy season there is say that leafy vegetables brings diseases like cholora, diarohera etc .In the summer season leafy vegetables have no taste .So this season is the king of leafy vegetables. So many people are eating raw leaves along with Roti. It contains iron in the lot of proportion & increase volume of blood . As well as more fibers also helps to make digestion clear & easy .
So today i have decided to make Methi Paratha

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Methi leaves : 1 bowl [well chopped ]
coriander leaves : 1/2 bowl [ well chopped]
wheat flour : 2 bowls
salt : 2 tabs
chilly powder : 2 tabs
turmeric powder : 1 teas
hing : 1 pinch
cumin powder : 1 tab
oil : 1/2 bowl
PROCEDURE FOR IT :
Take the green fresh Fenugreek leaves . Leaves must be organic .
HOW TO IDENTIFY ORGANIC GAVRAN METHI ?
If you are bringing Methi from Methi from the market then take care of choosing organic Methi .
There are so many types of Methi leaves of them the Methi who has small size leaves & having green[slight] appearance is the organic farm of Fenugreek seeds.
Now wash these leaves with clean water & keep aside to drain water.
Now take the coriander leaves [well chopped] wash it carefully & keep aside.
Take the wheat flour in the thali add all ingredients one by one that is
chilly powder, turmeric powder, hing, cumin powder, salt etc
Mix it properly .Add Fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves & mix it properly .
Add sufficient water to it & knead it properly .
Knead all flour properly by applying oil on it so that it become smooth .
Make it’s dough & roll it smoothly .
Now bake it on the TAWA with both sides by applying oil to it.
Serve it with chutney.
