How To Make Left Over Roti Noodles – Left Over Recipes

Hello  friends, everyone knows how to make roti poha? I think everyone is trying to make it . It is very easy tasty & delicious method to make it . Generally, we are making crisp of rice as a Poha or puffed rice but nowadays internet had made tremendous change in the life style as in the food, education, technology etc .If we will not learn any technical knowledge we will be behind to the world & become disappoint for every work. If you want to make everything better then come on internet learn some new things. Be the man of today’s life , earn better, eat good things , learn new life styles, learn spiritual histories, yoga everything but make change in every aspects means it may be food, education , behaving, love, work anything as today noone has the time to share with you so be fit now & change your food’s habits .

Here today I have decided to make Roti Poha in a new way . Before that we are making it in the traditional way .It was becoming tasty but not nutrient. Now I have learnt the skill that how to make  leftover food tasty& nutrient?

chapati [left over]   2 or 3 as your convenience 

onion   1 well chopped

carrot   2  [grated ]

tomato  1 [well chopped]

green chilly   3 or 4 [ chopped]

coriander 2   tbsp [well chopped]

salt 1 tbsp

sugar 1 tbsp

garam masala 1 tbsp

chilly powder: 1/2 tbsp

Skutt  1 small bowl

mustard   seeds   1 tbsp

cumin seeds  1 tbsp

oil  1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE FOR IT   :   Take the leftover chapati’s .

                                                  :  Chop the onion, coriander, green chilly tomato & keep aside. 

: Grate  the carrot  & keep aside . 

: Now  take the chapati’s in a big thali & make it’s roll .

: Take the knife & cut it into small round pieces in the thali. So that it can look as like noodles.

: Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & wait to splutter. 

: Now add chopped onion & green chilly pieces saute it well . 

: Add tomatoes, grated carrots , garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar & skutt & coriander to it .
