INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Puffed rice 1/2 kg
peanut 1 bowl
oil 3 tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tbsp
hing 1 teas
salt as your convenience
sugar 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 teas
chilly powder 1 tbsp
green chilly pieces 2 tbsp
tomato chopped 1
coriander 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT
Take the clean puffed rice , wash it with waterand keep it to drain its water
Take the pan ,pour oil to it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait to splutter it .
Now add green chilly pieces, peanut, chopped tomatoes etc
Fry it well .
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt sugar, cumin powder etc .
: Now stir it well and keep lid on it .
Give it steam for a while and serve it hot .
: It gives very nice taste.
