    Breakfast is the real nutrient value for food . If we have habit of breakfast at a right tie then we didn’t need anything. We will fill fulfill through out the day .We didn’t have any disease or acidity problem or any digestion problem etc . So breakfast is the key to keep our health better in any situation . 

   Today i have decided to make easy & soft dish breakfast Sushila 

  HERE IS RECIPE FOR IT .

INGREDIENTS FOR IT 

 Puffed rice 1/2 kg 

peanut   : 1 bowl 

oil       :   3 tabs 

mustarad seeds : 1 tab 

cumin powder : 1 tab 

hing : 1 teas

salt  : as your convenience 

sugar    :  1 tab 

turmeric powder : 1 teas

chilly powder :  1 tab 

green chilly pieces  : 2 tab 

tomato chopped      :  1 

coriander   : 1 tab 

PROCEDURE FOR IT  

 Take the clean puffed rice , wash it with water& keep it to drain its water 

  Take the pan pour oil to it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds  & wait splutter it . 

 Now add green chilly pieces, peanut, chopped tomatoes etc 

Fry it well . 

Add  chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt sugar, cumin powder etc . 

: Now stir it well & keep lid on it . 

Give it steam for a while & serve it hot . 

: It gives very nice taste.
