Bean Subji Recipe – Winter Special

 This is the famous subji in Maharashtra .It can grow on the  plant of  cane sugar so we say it ”USAVARLY SENGACHI BHAJI” important charters of this subji is if you will use less ingredient for it then also it become very tasty. To make this subji we must have to use some techniques then it will become automatically. It can gives taste with Roti & chapati. 

 In my childhood i was going to the farm & looking to these beans in the farm . To find it on the tree has to be one sight or attitude otherwise we can’t get it easily & when we get it on the tree we get tremendous as like we have invented some new thing in the world. In the village so many people’s favorite subji is this subji . S

Some ladies of village are making this subji by boiling in the earthen pot & only spreading chilly powder , some oil, masala & salt finish then also this Subji  gives so delicious & slight sweet taste so that we never get this type of taste anywhere . We feel complete satisfied with it,. 

Sometimes i am getting realization that GOD has given me this work purposely so that i could show you how village people are getting good food without spending more money on it? to the city people. Really i think so many people are healthy in the village due to eating natural & organic food as well as well as  clean nature. 

Generally this subji is coming after ”DIWALI” &this season is the good market for farmer . As so many leafy, fruits vegetables are coming & market is with full of subji’s 

  Now let us how i made this subji here? 

 time for it  , it require more time to cut it.While cutting there are lots of germs inside the beans so we must have to look carefully by opening this bean.

 Beans :    1/2 kg [ well chopped] 

chlly powder : 1 tab 

masala [garam] :  1 tab 

 salt  :    2 tab 

coriander  : 2 tab 

Skutt    : 1 bowl 

oil       : 2 tab 

mustard seeds :   1 tab 

PROCEDURE FOR IT   :  Cut the subji  carefully into small pieces & keep                                                                    aside. 

                                      :Check that is there any germs or worms are present in it                                                  while cutting. 

                                  :   Wash it with clean water . & keep to drain water. 

                         : Now keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it , add mustard seeds, a paste of garlic & wait to splutter it .

: Now add green beans slowly to it, stir it well & keep instantly lid on it .

After one minute add chilly powder, garam masala, salt , skutt & coriander & stir it well. 

Add 10 to 15 drops of water like shower & keep lid instantly on it . 

Keep to get steam for 4 to 5 minutes & off the gas .

Serve it with Roti or Chapati .
