INGREDIENTS 

Soaked Moong: 2 bowls

Pudina leaves: 1/4 bowls

Spinach : 10 to 15 leaves

Potatoes [cooked ] : 2

Cornflour: 1 tablespoon

Ginger: 1& half inch

Garlic: 5 to 6 flakes

Green chilies: 5 to 6

Onion: 1 chopped

Bread flour: 1 bowl

Oil: 1/4  bowl

Salt: 1 tablespoon

Masala: 1/2 teaspoon, Khamang

PROCEDURE  :   Let us start to make Moong Kabab 

Cook pudina, Moong, spinach etc. Add grated potato in it. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilly. Add lemon juice, coriander, cornflower, salt in it . Mix all ingredients properly. Knead it carefully to make a nice dough. Now fry it into the pan.  Dhokala,

Serve it with tomato sauce or any chutney you prefer.

  Ingredients for it

Bread :    1 bag

potatoes: 1/2 kg

a paste of garlic ,coriander & ginger: 2 spoon

salt: 2 as your convenience

turmeric powder: 1/2 teas

Oil: 250 gm milk: 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE FOR IT: Keep the potatoes to cook for 5 min, remove its peel after                                                            cooling it.

: Remove the corner side of bread. & keep aside.

: Crush the potatoes well & add all ingredients a paste of garlic,                                                    ginger& coriander etc.

: Deep the bread slice in the milk & fill the subji to it.

: Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it.

: Fry the Kababs one by one.

: Serve it with tomato soup.
