This Simala Mirarchi is the favorite subji for everyone. It makes a real difference in every day ‘s food. It has a very delicious taste. It is easy to make stuffed subji. We can make it by frying or cooking. Basen Simala Mirchi [stuffed] is giving very nice taste by cooking it.
Today I am in a hurry to make food but still, I have chosen to make this subji.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Simala Mirarchi: 1/4 kg
Skutt 1/2 bowl [small]
homemade metkut 1 tbsp
Garam masala 2 tbsp
chilly powder 1 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
oil 1 bowl [small]
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
garlic: 4 to 5 flakes
coriander: 2 tbsp
hot water: 2 bowls
PROCEDURE FOR IT: Take the green Simala Mirchi.
: Wash it with clean water.
: Cut it into round shape. Keep it aside.
: Make the paste of garlic , coriander and keep aside.
: Now take garam masala, chilly powder, salt, Skutt, homemade metkut in a bowl.
: Mix it well, add this paste in cutting parts of Simala Mirchi .
Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil into, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and wait to splutter it.
: Add the paste of garlic , coriander to it and immediately add cutting Simala Mirchi. Make the flame of the gas slow.
: Fry it well , keep the lid for a minute on it, now open the lid and add hot water to it.
Now keep the lid on it and wait to cook for 10 minutes.
: Your well-prepared subji is ready to serve.
