Yesterday we are celebrating Shravni Somvar.That is we must have to keep fasting means eating 1 time in a day. We are telling if fasting but eat rich food you know perfectly. So yesterday in the morning i have made ”Shahi sweet potato halwa ” My husband ate it in a small quantity. My son didn’t like sweet items so some halwa remain as it is.I kept it in the fridge, thinking that let us we shall make something new from it. Now in the morning, my hubby is going so early so at that time i can’t make like these things as i have to give him tiffin.
Now what to do with this halwa? As my son is not eating sweet items, i also didn’t like more sweet items.I thought we shall make khatimithi stuffed puri’s. Now i started to make it see here recipe of it.

INGRIDIENTS FOR IT
Sweet potato halwa
wheat flour: 1 bowl
homemade Metkut : 2 tabs
cumin powder: 1 tab
salt: 1 tab
Ajawine : 1 tab
hing : 1pinch
chilly powder: 1 tab
ginger: 1/4 inch in halwa .
PROCEDURE FOR IT: Take the ready sweet potato halwa.
: Add slight grated ginger & pinch of salt to it to get a good taste.
: Take wheat flour in the thali, add above remaining all ingredients to it.
: Pour sufficient water to it & knead it properly.
: Take some oil on the hand make it smooth. Kneading is the best skill for this item.
; Keep the sweet potato halwa to become hot & keep it in the another pot aside .
: Add grated ginger to it & mix it well.
: Now take the dough of wheat flour in the hand & add sweet potato halwa to it like Puran Poli.
: Roll this dough to make as Puran Poli.
: Take the bowl who has no corner & keep it vertically down to make puri’s
; Fry these puri’s, serve it with any sauce or pickle.
