Crispy Shabudana Vade Recipe – vade

Here in our area in so many families today celebrating fasting for the snake. Do you know why did? As here all ladies are thinking that the snake is the real brother of them. So every ladies are worshipping snake. Means they are drawing beautiful Rangoli’s of a snake in front of home or on the wall. My mother was drawing full wall Snake in this way.

if there is a home of a snake near to home then they went there worshipping his home . In some places feeding crispy Jowar LAHYA. worshipping with milk & again sending him into his home.

Here so many ladies are drawing nice Rangoli of a snake on the wall of the home with Yellow colour.& making eyes of it with black & white colour. It looks beautiful. It creates the holy atmosphere in the home. We are feeling that some new guest is present in our home & we look it continuously. Really this type of old creativity also giving good motivation to the children at home.As well as it increases the creativity of life. Indian culture is based on a natural way. There is no need to learn anything from outside. If you will love every Indian festival you will get a lot of things to research & discovery no need to take any outside education. Our ancient Sage has already invented a lot of things. Only we need to observe it carefully, by keeping love & faith in him.

This atmosphere gives plenty of happiness to the children in the home.At that time there was no any TV or any games but no any children were lying on the bed. Every child was curious, creative & is filled with full of enthusiasm. Today we are giving them everything ready material & they are losing their original creativity & enthusiasm.So everyone must have to do motivational class otherwise we will remain back.

Another thing about ”NAGPANCHAMI’ ‘ is that we play swing. Which was tided on the tree? When we play that swing in the field. We think that we are in the heaven. That’s happiness we couldn’t describe in the words. Real, without spending any money  & getting tremendous happiness. There was no need for mobile, TV or any entertainment. Here i am not telling that these things are not good to us but i want to express here the real happiness how can we find near to us? This festival teaches us keep your natural love on nature &  animals .Remember him seaparately for one day .As a gratitude for our universe. They are useful to us in many ways . So that every God has kept near to him .

So for this ”NAG PANCHAMI” or DurvaGanpati Vrut we are keeping fasting today. Yesterday we have Monday’s fasting & some ”Shabudana Khichadi left at my home so i think i will make crispy Shabudana Vade from it.

Let us we shall discuss here how to make crispy Shabudana Vade?

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Shabudana Khichadi :  1 big bowl

baked varaiflour: 1 bowl

Skutt                         :    2tab

chilly powder: 1 tab

salt: As your convenience

cumin powder: 1 tab

Green chilly: 1

dahi: 2 tab

oil: 1 bowl

PROCEDURE; Take the Shabudana Khichadi ready for it. I have prepared                                                         Shabudana  Khichadi with grated cucumber.

: Take the baked varai flour in the thali,

: Add Skutt, chilly powder, green chilly, salt to it & mix well.

: Now add all this material in the Shabudana Khichadi .

: Take all this material into mixture jar & grind it in the mixture.

: Grind it well so that we can knead it properly.

:   Add  2 tab Dahi to it & knead it properly.

:  Make vade of it & fry it well.
