Gram dal is the best protein supplier food . In Maharashtra no any khman food is made without gram dal .Means any important food can make with gram dal .It start from Pithala, save puri,chakali,  pakore, basen ladoo, dhokala, uttapa, Puranpoli, buttermilk curry etc metkut etc .All kitchen need compulsory gram dal . We are making usal or pulav with it .

There is a  say that gram dal is cleaning our body internally & externally . In our area today also in a lot of homes infant has to bath with gram flour .His body become clean with best glue on his face. So many ladies are using gram dal flour & milk to wash their faces. & really it works as a best cleaner.

It is rich in protein so everyone like its’ all products.

Yesterday i soaked  gram dal  to make chutney of it .But in the morning i changed my decision thinking that noone is eating chutney in our home so we shall make pulav of it .

I am not a gym freak, but love to exercise and maintain diet for good health.
So was eager to try protein but a box of protein is so costly and i don’t want to pay so much to just try.
Taste is Nice. EASILY Solvable in cold milk. I felt quick recovery after gym.
This protein is really effective and price is also low. Will try other protein from Health kart too

INGREDIENTS FOR IT :

Gram dal  :    1 bowl  [soaked ]

peanut     :       2 tab

coriander   : 2 tab [chopped]

hing        : 1 pinch

cumin’s  : 1 tab

mustard seeds :   1   tab

oil       :       2tab

turmeric powder  : 1 teas

chilly powder    :   1/2 teas

garam masala   : 1/2  teas

sugar       : 1 tab

lemon juice  : 1 tab

salt     :    1 tab

green chilly    :    5 to 6

curry leaves  :    5 to 6

tomato for serving : 1

Procedure  for it :   Keep the dal to soak for 1 day .

:  Drain it from the water & keep it aside

;   Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it .

: Wait to heat the oil , add cumins, mustard seeds & wait to                                                              splutter it .

:   add green chilly,  peanut, hing , curry leaves & fry it well .

:  Now add  dal , salt , turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam                                                      masala, sugar, lemon juice ,salt etc .

: Stir it well , sprinkle 1/2 cup water  warm  water to it .

:  Keep the lid on it & give steam for 10 minutes .

: Serve it with coriander.
