Save puri recipe -Crispy

In our Maharashtra when Ashad [August] Month start we are started to make fried food.  When the cold atmosphere is in the environment then we need energy to our body & this energy we get from oily food. So generally our mothers are cooking sweet & fried food in this month. Means in so many home lots of housewives are making TilGul Poli or jaggary Poli. In some homes making some delicious food like fried chakali, Anarase, etc.

5.0 out of 5 starsGreat product; I’d buy 1 lb bag over 2 lb, for better quality

1lb, Bag is better than the 2 lb, as the 2 lb bag didn’t taste as fresh. But, these are the best. Absolutely flavorful, better than any goji’s I can buy from the store. I teach Science of Nutrition courses, so clearly if you’re here buying these, you know that they are some of the healthiest, most anti-oxidant packed dried fruits on the planet. Their nutrition profile is PERFECT. 100 calories a serving, 10 cals from fat. 3g of protein, loads of iron and and vitamin A. It’s a complete protein. Absolutely tasty, even have a considerable amount of naturally occurring sodium, which is why they taste so great. A great addition to rice or other dishes, they plump up when reconstituted very well. Love, love, love these babies!

I  think some food requires specific time to eat as like Mangoes. Mangoes give taste to the juice only in the summer, not in any season. The same thing happens to the fried food also. The save puri which i am going to make has also a good sign to eat.In the rainy season, our atmosphere is filled with full of humidity. This atmosphere not giving us a good taste to eat & we want to eat frying food.

We eat it with the lovely taste.

Let us start to make it.
