Since childhood, i am listening to this world & very curious about this world.I am thinking this maybe ”KARCHORI” but maybe our housewives have been modified it . As this food is so delicious that everyone wants to eat & if it will not get easily maybe anyone has stolen it & so its name is ”Kachori ”
We like this food, generally, in Diwali, this has more demand. This can make in many ways. Means it can make with potatoes, or toor dal, or making any stuff for it. But gives khaman taste.
I never plan what to make tomorrow. In the morning i opened the fridge & saw there is no any subji so i decided to make Moong dal chutney.
We are farmers, we have a farm & we have a crop from the farm it is pure organic grains.Last time we have 10 kg Moong of them i finished it by making sprouts & distributing to my relatives only 3 KG left at home.I saw it has started some germs then i have instantly threshed & baked it & kept in the jar. Now one day i want Moong dal so i have decided to grind it in the mixture at home. & made its dal as like thick bharad. This bharad is taking to make kachori & chutney of Moong Dal .

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Baked Moong dal : 1 bowl
All purpose flour : 1 bowl
cumin powder : 1tab
salt : 1 tab
green chilly chutney: 1 bowl
coriander : 2 tabs
garlic : 2 to 3 flakes
chilly powder : 1 tab
turmeric powder : 1 teas
oil : 1 bowl
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Take the baked Moong dal bharad in a bowl .
: Wash it with clean water & keep aside.
: Take all purpose flour in a thali, add cumin powder, & salt to it.
: Add it sufficient water & knead it properly. Keep aside.
: Now keep the pan or pot on the gas, pour 2 tabs oil to it add cumins, mustard seeds, to it.
: Add washed Moong dal to it, add green chutney to it.
: Stir it well, add hot water to it
: Add coriander, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, hing & give steam to it.
: Wait to cook it well & after some time keep it to cool.
