cumin: 2 tab

garam masala: 1/2 tab
chilly powder: 1 tab
turmeric powder: 1 teas.

I have been using it for a week now actually feel different everyday i wake up.

PROCEDURE FOR IT : Take the middle size potatoes, cut it into half pieces.
: Keep to cook it in the cooker for 10 minutes with water.
: Wait to cool it. Remove the peel of it & keep aside.
: Now cut the green chilly into small pieces.
: Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it.
: Wait to heat oil, add cumin, mustard seeds & wait to splutter it.
: Now add green chilly pieces & fry it well.
: Add the pinch of hing, turmeric, garam masala, chilly powder, salt, sugar etc.
: At last, add cooked potatoes & stir it well
: It is ready to serve now.
