INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Green cucumber 1 of middle size
Coriander 2 tabs [chopped]
basen flour 1/2 bowl
skutt 1/2 bowl
pieces of gram dal 1/2 bowl
chilly powder 2 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
curry leaves 4 to 5
salt as your convenience
turmeric powder 1 teas
hing 1 pinch
oil 1/4 bowl
lemon juice 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Take the middle size cucumber .
Wash it with clean water .
: Remove its peel
: Cut it into pieces and keep a side .
: Now take the bigger grind ed [BHARAD] dal of gram .
:Soak it into water for 10 minutes .
: Take a small dish keep all ingredients in it .
: That is basen flour, skutt, salt, cumin powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice etc .
: Now keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it , add cumin seeds mustard seeds to it. Indian Veg Food
: Wait to splutter it and add curry leaves, fry it well .
