We know that we are the fan of south Indian food, generally, south food is making from rice, now so many are making by adding so many vegetables. We have discovered a lot of new varieties in south food.
Yesterday as a routine we shall make a new recipe from gram dal so i soaked gram dal at night. Yesterday i decided to make the new recipe. I thought we shall try to make uttapam from gram dal.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Gram dal : 2 bowl
salt : 2 tab
chilly powder : 1 tab
turmeric powder : 1teas
fenugreek seeds : 5 to 6
sugar : 5 to 6
cumin powder : 1 tab
hing : 1 pinch
soda : 1 teaspoon
oil : 1/2 bowl
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Take the dal [organic] & soak it in the water. add fenugreek seeds while soaking.
: Grind it in the mixture to make a fine paste.
: Add salt, sugar, chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, hing , soda to it.
: Stir it well to make a good uttapa.
: Keep tawa on the gas, pour oil on it & spread it all over the tawa.
: Now pour the paste 1 bowl on it & spread it with the spoon .
: Spread some oil surrounding to the uttapa .
: Spread some coriander on it .
: Wait to heat it .
SERVE IT WITH CORIANDER CHUTNEY.
