In this week my mother in law was serious so we are in a hurry and in a worried mood also. But now she is okay. Now I must have to take her care so I decided to start soup for her health. As soup is the very fine, easily digestive, maintaining taste to the patient. Feels better after drinking and gives good energy along with it. I think on Friday I have made palak soup for her but I forgot to make the post of it.
Today I decided to make tomato soup for her as it has more calorie values, having more hemoglobin, full of vitamin C, some iron content and another mineral also. It is very easy to make as require less ingredient as well as time also.
Let us start to make it.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
black pepper: 6 to 7
cumin’s: 1 tbsp
salt: as your convenience
sugar: 1 tbsp
garlic: 4 to 5 flakes
butter: 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE FOR IT: Take the middle size tomatoes, wash it with clean water.
: Cut it, add all ingredients to it and keep it to boil in the cooker
: Wait for 1 whistles or keep it for 10 minutes to boil.
: Keep it to cool.
: After cooling, grind it into the mixture.
: Pour some ghee or butter on it and serve it hot
