Desserts of rice :
Rice : 10 gm
Milk : 1/2 lit
Elaichai powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Raisins : 15 to 20
Cashew nuts : 5 to 6
sugar : 1/2 bowl
Grated wet coconut : 2 tablespoon
PROCEDURE FOR IT : lET US START TO MAKE BHOJAN puran poli,
DESSERTS : :Bake the rice to become red
Keep it for cooling. Keep the milk to boil in another pot,
Grind rice, cashew nuts & grated coconut as like a paste.
After boiling add this grinding material into the boiling milk on the gas. Keep it for cooking 5 minutes.Add sugar & cardamom powder.
Serve it by spreading raisins

Sugar : 1/2 tablespoon
Dahi : 2 tablespoon
PROCEDURE FOR IT :
IN PLACE OF DAHI WE CAN USE LEMON JUice
DAL RECIPE :
INGREDIENTS : Dal : 1 bowl
sugar : 1 tablespoon
Take medium size reddish.
: Grate it. Add Skutt, chilly powder, sugar & dahi in it. Mix it properly.
salt : 1 tablespoon
hot water : 250 gm
cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon.Keep 1 bowl
Take 1bowl dal in a cooker. After cooking stir it completely as like a paste. Add hot sufficient water in it.
Add salt, sugar, cumin powder & serve it with ghee.
