Today’s Lunch Zunka Bhakari , Khichadai &Chutney



Basen flour: 50gm

Oil:   3 tablespoon

Garlic:   4 to 5 petals

Chilly powder: 1 tablespoon

Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Salt:  1 tablespoon

Coriander: 1/4 bowl chopped

Cumin: 1 tablespoon

Mustard seeds:  1 tablespoon

Kadi Patta: 6 to 7 leaves

Hing:   1 pinch

Water: As your convenience

PROCEDURE:   Take given basen in a pot. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric in it. Add some water to mix it. Stir it with hand & make it like curry. Keep the pan on the gas.   Pour oil in it for heating, add garlic pieces in it. fry it to become red color,  add cumins by rubbing


Ingradients for Khichadi :

Rice : 1 bowl

Moong dal : 1/2 bowl

Salt  : 1 tablespoon

Oil   :   2 tablespoon

Cumin: 1 tablespoon

Turmeric powder:  1 teaspoon

Mustard seeds : 1 tablespoon

kaddi Patta : 7 to 8 leaves

Garlic  ;  4 to 5 petals

Coriander: 1/4 bowl [chopped]

 Procedure  :  Take rice & moong dal in a pot , wash it with water. Now keep cooker on the gas , pour oil in it. Add cumins by rubbing on hands in it then add mustard seeds, garlic & kaddi patta . fry it well . Now slowly add water . Add salt, turmeric powder & coriander  in it. Boil it for a while & now slowly add rice & moong dal in it. Now keep the cover of cooker.Keep the gas slow. Take  3 whistles of cooker. Now serve it with ghee.
