Soya Bean Recipe- Veg Kheema Roll

ZThis is a very interesting dish for kids. Every kid getting bored by eating every day’s chappati but they want something new but it must be an unexpected thing. So we can make this item to get your kids happy with your food style.

Vege Kheema Roll we can make it from soya protein. Generally, in our area, every one is hating to eat soya as a food or as a subji .

But i decided to change its taste with this item so i start to make it

INGREDIENTS 

Soya granules: 1 bowl

Onion: 1 bowl chopped

tomato: 2

ginger, garlic, green chilly paste: 1 & half tabspoon

coriander  : 1/2 bowl [chopped]

Chilly powder: 1/2 tablespoon

Garam masala: 1/2 tablespoon

turmeric: 1 teaspoon

Pudina chutney: 2 tablespoons

chat masala: 1 tablespoons

salt: 1 tablespoon

wheat flour :  2 bowls

soya granules

oil: 2 tablespoon.

PROCEDURE: Soak the soya granules in a hot water for 15 minutes.   Remove extra water from soya. Fry the onion in a pan to become radish brown colour.  Add green chilly, ginger, garlic paste in it. Now add soya granules into it add turmeric, chilly powder, masala into it. & stir it for some time. Cook it for some time.

Make chapati of wheat flour. Spread kheema mixture on the chappati. Spread chopped onion, pudina chutney, chat masala on it. Make a roll of it.
