Why i am used the temporary word do you know? This word indicates the food preservative which we are making must be finished in 1 or 2 days. Now we have raw mangoes & it is our easy nature that in the summer season we want to eat sour items. The raw mangoes which we are eating have raw seed so that it can’t remain for more days nicely, so i used this word.

INGREDIENT FOR IT
raw mango: 4 to 5
fenugreek seeds : 1 tab
chilly powder : 2 tab
salt : 3 tab
sugar : 50 gm
oil : 1 tab
cumin powder : 1 teas
hing : 1 pinch
water : 1 cup
mustard dal : 1 tab
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Wash the mangoes & wipe it with clean clothes.
: Cut it into small pieces as you wish
: Remove seeds from it .
: Now take all ingredients in one dish
: Add all ingredients one by one & stir it .
: Keep the small pan on the gas.
: Pour some oil to it , add fenugreek seeds & fry it till red color comes .
Add a pinch of hing in the frying pan & crush it in the small stone pot .
: Pour it on the pickle, add 1 cup water to it & stir it well.
: KEEP IT IN THE BOWL OR JAR BUT MUST BE FINISH IN ONE OR TWO DAYS.
