In our area, we have ”CHAITRA GOURI ” celebration. It is started after 3 days of ”Guddhi Padawa” For that, we are making wet channa dal. raw mango Panna & some another food kinds of stuff. It is rich protein food having a delicious taste with so many spices. Best Mango Chutney

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
Channa dal : 250 gm [soaked ]
ground nut : 2 tab s
raw mango : 1/2 [chopped ]
curry leaves : 2 to3
cumin powder : 1/2 tab
mustard seeds : 1/2 tab
hing : 1 pinch
salt : As your convenience
sugar : 1 tab
oil : 1 tab
chilly powder : 1/2 tab
green chilly : 2 [ chopped ]
turmeric powder : 1/2 teas
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Soak the channa dal in a hot water for 1 hour
: Remove it from the water & keep it aside to drain a water from it.
: Keep the pan on the gas , pour oil to it, add cumin’s, mustard seeds & wait to splutter it . Now add curry leaves saute it , add pinch of hing to it .
: Add groundnuts & fry it to change its color pink .
: Add chopped raw mango & pieces of green chilly to it & saute it well .
: Stir it well & keep lid on it
: Give 1 min steam to it
: Now serve it with coriander.
