In the morning I get up & I have the problem of subji .as there is weekend & my fridge is empty. Now there is a question to me what can i do for husband’s tiffin? I am thinking about it. Now i remember i have coriander & all flours .since so many days i have not made Dhapate’s so i decided that it is the quick item to make for tiffin.As he must have to go at 7: 30 am in the morning.
So i started to collect all ingredients to make it. Let see how did i make it in a less time.

1] Wheat flour: 1/2 kg
2] Jower flour :1/4 kg
3] Bhajni flour : 1/4kg
4] paste of ajwaine,
Cumin, garlic : 40 gm
5] Ajwaine _10 gm
6]Cumin : 20gm
7] Garlic : 10 petals
8]Salt -2 tablespoon
9] Chilly powder : 2 tablespoon,
10 turmeric powder : 1teaspoon
11] Asafoetida –
12] Oil : 1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE FOR IT
How to prepare mixer of these ingredients?
Wash your hands before making the preparation of ingredients.
Take big thalis, add all flours one by one in the thali,
add chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt & hing powder. Mix all these materials with your clean hands.
: Add slowly water to it & knead it carefully.
: Keep some oil in the hand to knead it soft.
: Make its small dough & roll it slowly
: Keep the tawa on the gas, wait to heat it.
: Keep the dhapate to shake on the tawa . Shake it for 1 min.
: Make it upward to shake it completely.
: Now apply oil on it & shake it both the side by applying oil.
: Your smooth, tasty dhapate is ready to eat.
: Serve it with dahi
