Cooked rice: 1/2 kg
Channa flour: 1 bowl
Homemade metkut: 1/2 bowl
Green chilly : 3 to 4
garlic: 4 to 5 flakes
Coriander: 1/2 bowl [chopped
Chilly powder: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 2 tabs.
Cucumber: 1 small grated.
PROCEDURE: Cook the rice in a cooker with more water. Rice should become smooth. If you have last night rice it is good to make fast. Add channa flour, homemade Metkut, a paste of garlic, green chilly & coriander. Add grated cucumber in it. Now add remaining ingredients that are salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder etc. Crush it properly. Knead it completely with oil in your hand. Now make its vade. Fry it.
Serve it with garlic chutney. IT GIVES VERY NICE TASTE AS WELL AS becoming CRUNCHY ALSO.
NOTE : IT CAN MAKE EASILY & FAST WITH STALE RICE.
