INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Beetroot  :1 [big size ]

wheatflour : 1/2 kg

sugar grinded   : 1/2 bowl

ajawine     : 1 tab

cumin powder :  1 tab

hing :     1 pinch

salt  :    as your convenience

chilly powder   :   1& 1/2 tab

oil       :     1/2 bowl

PROCEDURE FOR IT: Wash the beetroot with clean water.

: Remove its peel & make small pieces of it.

: Keep these pieces to cook in a pot with sprinkling 2 tabs                                                        water

: Take wheat flour in a big thali, add salt, chilly powder, hing,

cumin powder, ajawine to it

: Mix it properly with hand.

: Now see the beetroot pieces are steamed well.

:  Grind these pieces into the mixture & make its fine paste.

: Add this paste to the wheat flour & knead it properly.

: Take some oil in the hand to knead it properly & to become                                                        smooth .

: Keep this smooth kneaded dough in a pot to make paratha’s

: Now make its small dough & roll it slowly, smoothly to make                                                paratha’s

:  Now keep these parathas aside to be cool.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

Beetroot paratha’s: 2

cucumber      : 1/2 [ circle chopped ]

carrots :      1 big size [circlr chopped]

grounduts pieces  : 2 tabs [baked ]

cashew pieces    :    4 to 5 [chopped ]

garam masala     : 1/2 tabs

coriander            : 1  tab

tomato :      1/2 [chopped ]

tomato sauce    : 3 tabs

salt        :  As your convenience

PROCEDURE FOR IT :   Take 1 beetroot paratha in a thali.

: Spread tomato sauce all over the paratha.

: Add pieces of carrot, tomato, cucumber, etc

:  spread pieces of groundnut, cashew nuts, masala &                                                                    salt on it.

: Take another beetroot paratha spread tomato sauce                                                                  on  it

: Keep this paratha on the thali’s paratha.

: Cut it into triangles.

METHOD  FOR IT   : Remove peel of the beetroot

: Cut into pieces & cook it

: Make its paste

: Take wheat flour in the thali, add salt, chilly powder, ajawine, cumin powder, the pinch of Hing & 1/2 bowl sugar flour to get the taste. Mix all these ingredients properly.

: Add slight water & paste of beetroot to knead it.

: Take 1 tab oil in the hand & knead it properly.

: Make its small doughs & roll it around with light hand.

: Shake it on the tawa by applying oil on it.

: Keep to cool it.

:  Use upside procedure to make a sandwich of it.
