Palak Paratha With Mint Chutney

I  think paratha is the real magic of kitchen .everyone like it as a change in the meal or breakfast. Its main reason is we are using so many ingredients in it.& so it gives very khamang taste . & suppose if we will make this paratha with green chutney then we will happy all day. We didn’t want to eat anything. How much we will eat that much also insufficient to us .as it has so much delicious taste.

The main reason to eat it is it has a large amount of haemoglobin, some salt, like iron, magnesium, phosphorus, etc, As well as it is easy to digest.

MINT CHUTNEY: Do you know the magic of this plant? We can grow this plant in our home it can grow easily. It spreads nice & khamang smell in our homes yard .if you will pluck the leaves of it it gives the good smell to our hand then think that how much tasty will become its chutney? Imagine it & try to make it now. Just now I will give her a recipe for both paratha & mint chutney. BE READY TO MAKE IT

Spinach leaves :    10

a paste of garlic, ginger, coriander, mint  : 1/2 bowl

chilly powder: 1 tab

salt : as your convenience

hing   : 1 pinch

turmeric powder : 1teas

ajawine    : 1 tab

wheat flour   : 2 bowls

channa flour : 1 tab

jowar flour :       2 tab

oil               : 2 tabs

PROCEDURE FOR PARATHA :   Take wheat flour, channa flour, Jowar flour in a big                                                                        thali .IMG_20180218_103832

: Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, hing,& mix                                                                  well &keep aside.

:Wash spinach leaves, coriander, mint leaves & keep                                                                aside.

: Add it to the mixing pot with garlic, ajawine,                                                                         cumin seeds etc .

: Grind it into the mixture to make a nice paste.


A:   Now add this paste to all flour & knead it well.

:  Knead this mixture well to make nice parathas.

: Take a small amount of dough in a hand & make it smooth by applying oil on it.

: Roll it slowly to make paratha.

: Serve it with Dahi & chutney


Time for chutney

Mint leaves : 1 bowl

coriander leaves : 1/2 bowl

green chilly :     1 bowl

ginger :             1/4 bowl

jaggary      :     1 tab

hing :                 1 pinch

salt :        as your convenience

ajawine  : 1 tab

cumin seeds  :    1 tab

Ridge Gourd [peel ]  : 2 tabs

PROCEDURE  FOR IT :  Remove the peel of ridge guard & keep aside .

:  Wash it clean & bake it for a short time & keep aside

Rinse mint leaves, coriander  & keep aside.

: Prepare all ingredients in 1 thali


: Take mixture pot & add to it all ingredients one by one .

: mint leaves, coriander leaves, jaggery, hing, ajawine, cumin                                            :        seeds, salt, ridge guard peel etc

: Add 1 cup of water to it & turn the mixture on to make                                                           chutney.

: Best , delicious , yummy chutney is ready to eat now.
